I say FLAC, for a couple of reasons. The Squeezebox decodes it natively, saving bandwidth and preserving FF and REW capability.
Also, I would be leery of keeping my data in any proprietary format. We really have no idea what happens under the covers when audio is encoded to WMA Lossless or what kind of identifying information it might embed in your files. Now suppose your house is broken into, your music server is stolen, and then files which are traceable to YOU start appearing on file trading sites.
