I just found out the hard way (after buying an album from www.linnrecords.com) that the SB3 (aka "classic") cannot play a 24/96 FLAC stream. From the same company I bought a 24/88.2 album, which played fine so I guessed there was something ooo with the 24/96 track set.
After some close reading (and some reading assistance from Sean Adams) I realized that the SB3 only supports 44.1 and 48 sample rates. <duh> Yet I can play the 24/88.2 tracks effortless. !? So my question to the forum of SB3 owners: are you able to play 88.2 tracks?
