Actually I sold my own vinyl, a while ago nothing was of any vintage and archival value. And I opted for an even simpler method of "recording" .
By CD's of the available ones rip friends CD's of hard to get stuff and finally sssh download . Personally I'm to thorough, I would work to much if had to record, it sure could be a rewarding hobby project. You can get god remasters on CD's especially second hand, older ones. The new remasters often suffers from loudness war or/and overproducing. I keep a list of LP's I had, and a shortlist of things i want back, when out of ideas for new stuff i go and shop for something old. -- Mnyb ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mnyb's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4143 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=57431 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
