I have now - using an MP3tag Convert Action - ended up stripping all embedded cover art from individual titles (I was not happy with the embedding solution in the first place) and extracted each cover to ALBUM.JPG located in each album folder. My other idea - to save them all as a series of GENRE-ARTIST-ALBUM.JPGs in a separate collective folder - is apparently supported by SC but with this arrangement the covers can't be seen in MP3tag.
