I hope you don't mind if add a comment on this. The above is very true
and the advantage of embedding the art in each file is that when/if you
convert to a lossy format for portable devices, the artwork remains
nicely embedded and shows up (e.g. on my Nokia 5310, Archos AV700
etc).

The only thing is I was embedding 600x600 artwork but this now seems
completely pointless as it is never shown at that size! I am now
embedding 240x240 artwork in all my files and I hope this will look
good on the Squeezebox Controller when I get it.
