With AccurateRip in place both EAC and dbPowerAmp can rip at full speed on the first pass, only if the first pass fails to match AccurareRip do they need to slow down. EAC and dbPowerAmp when correctly setup should be twice as fast as your method, on my recent 400+ CD rip well over 90% of my discs were ripped in one fast pass. All this thanks to AccurateRip, using your approach it would have taken me twice as long.
