Tag&Rename is able to make tags out of the directory structure. My file organisation is <genre>/<artist>/<album>/<song>; I find it convenient to make this the tags too. Only problem; afaik it does not support batch-tagging. And it is not free. But like DBpoweramp I think it is worth the money.
