You're in luck. There is a way. Google DVD-A Explorer - I'm pretty sure
it is still available. When you've got that, you can extract each
channel to a separate WAV file. Then, you need a DTS encoder, such as
DTS MAS or DTS Surcode, and you can encode all the WAVs as a DTS 24/96
bitstream. Run that through Spdifconvert, compress to FLAC and then
tag. Job done :).
