I have a 32 GB jump drive that works on both, so I used that and will just burn a DVD to move them back to the Ubuntu box. . Windows has no trouble reading the files. I tried Media Monkey and so far don't like it. Does not seem to have batch conversion and wants me to do song by song or album by album. Going to try and look at dbPoweramp. Thanks for the tip.
