Just a quick update to close out the thread. The migration of the files back to the Ubuntu box is complete and was largely uneventful, other than hitting a snag with folder size and redoing some lost permissions that were interfering with scanning. Now the entire Library is up and working. Thanks again for the advice and assistance.
