Obviously it's your call, but it sure seems to me like you're doing it
the hard way. An easier -- and less error-prone -- way would be to read
from the separate standalone collection of WMA and write the FLAC copies
to a new branch of the directory tree, or even a different drive,
preserving all the same folder and file names.
