Sorry, this is the just the RG way.  We talk a lot about stuff.  We didn't 
forget you or your original post.

It's not just a question of honoring a request, its an issue of feasibility, of 
continuity, etc.  There are lots of things to consider, and more than one way 
to approach it.

We just mull it over for a while before deciding...that is all.
