But then you would have a normal matrix, right? Just with the key mappings in it. If the key mappings were always shown when you opened a normal matrix on a segment whose instrument had some mappings, then you would be satisfied? Or do you _also_ wish to be able to open a matrix with a piano keyboard, even on a segment with a percussion instrument key mapping defined?
