   Hi Rich, But this situation has had over 50 years to sort it's self
out, S scale is not a new scale, folks have had plenty of time to
discover it and to buy it, I'm not sure what the problem was or is?
   I do know there's no such thing as an S scale hostage though, S
scale brings higher relative value prices than HO or O scales. Check
ebay "S scale other manufactures" category and look at the prices  S
stuff brings then go to the O scale "other manufacturers" category and
compare. The depreciation of S is much less............dave
