Bob (guess we're getting too many of us--once was asked to do a charity
event near Halloween--an advertising PR agency was trying to gather
several 'well known' Bob's' in the media to have us in a dunking booth
where people would pay to go bobbing for Bob's. Luckily I was out of town.

Actually, the SHS 2-8-0 is exactly that--a hybrid. It's a combination
of cast metal, plastic and brass. I have been running two of them and
so far they have held up very well. Price with DCC sound was around
$600. It took a long time for that engine actually become reality but
considering the scarcity of brass and the price of Lionel hi-rail, it
really makes sense for my sized layout.
