Those gear boxes were designed by Bob Lindsey (bought LATER by Kemtron). Bob 
developed them, then patented the design from the ORIGINAL design created by 
Herald Durflinger and a machinist friend in Columbus Ohio. Herald was my 
best friend in those Columbus days. I recall all their parts and legal 
discussions.
I do not know why someone does not start. production again. I paid Cascade 
for a set.  Still waiting.
