There's still a fair amount of variety out there. I was in Montana last week 
and the BNSF was running interesting mixes. A BNSF loco followed by a NS 
locomotive for example. Near Billings, MT, I saw one of the newer Amtrak loco 
pushing a single superliner dome car and an antique, green SOUTHERN 80' 
passenger car (wish I'd had the camera for that one!)

Tom, that is an inspired solution to the space issues with the FRED! Do you 
have weight issues running it at the end of the train?
