notes that less than 9 ft clearance requires warning
protection.
Other drawings I've found allow  5'7" or 6'4",
with restrictions on the type of equipment.
Basically, it appears
that 9 ft is the standard for unrestricted clearance, with closer ones
allowed. For models, using the unrestricted standard appears to be the
safest bet.
