Bill too! I replaced my AC unit while I was traveling to St. Louis for
the convention two years ago, but the AC guy is due today to repair it.
Makes life tough so you have to slow down.
As far as the lighting is concerned, on a tall layout, you're pretty
much stuck with fluorescent tubes or some kind of multi lamp string
affair. I often times have trouble keeping the fixture out of the
photos and they have a tendency to cause lens flair. If you do the
mathematical/physics thing of distance (fixture to layout), intensity
and light spread, they quickly end up fighting each other. Since my
layout was built somewhat for photo purposes, I have 10' ceilings in
much of the room, so I'm about 6' from the ceilings and I wish it were
more sometimes!
