We measured 5 sections of SHS track and got for all intents and purposes .1315 
+- .01

I agree Bill.  Maybe Don will chime in. Possible there were different runs. My 
track has to be 7-8 years old so maybe something changed.  

I tried my general digital caliper as well as my dial caliper that reads in 
64ths and both were within a half a thousand of the other.

Actually with the dial indicator its hard to tell exactly, but the digital 
breaks it down to .13095 which is pretty cool.
