Actually Ed, I wouldn't consider it abuse--just vastly difference of 
opinions.

It is very common in the advertising world and from what I understand, 
in politics, to have very strong opinions.  Often times all the 
"creatives" to would locked away for a few days to come up with a 
advertising program for a particular client.  Those very same creatives 
were often fired over the failures, so a typical resume might have 
dozens of employers over the years.
