I just noticed this error in spkg-install:

cp: cannot access
/export/home/drkirkby/sage-4.5.2.alpha0/spkg/build/pari-2.4.3svn-12543/patches/files/get_dlld
}}}
That's nothing I've touched - it appears in the previous version too.
Seems like a patch that one tries to apply does not actually exist.
