As noted, I improved spkg-check a bit. I just overwrote the package here
http://boxen.math.washington.edu/home/kirkby/patches/pari-2.4.3svn-12543.spkg
SPKG.txt needs to have all the changes made put into the file. It
previously said the dependancy was GMP, but in fact it depends on MPIR,
termcap and readline. Luckily {{{spkg/standard/deps}}} does have the
dependencies correctly listed.
