Okay, I finally figured out how to check this - I had to run the binary
directly, the scripts didn't work.

G95 (GCC 4.0.3 (g95 0.91!) Jun 4 2007)

etcetera. On my Macintel, I get

So yes, it is using G95 on Tiger.
