It may sound unrelated but what fortran compiler are you using in your
sage install? g95 or gfortran?
In any case I think some of the patches in scipy would need rebasing.
But the fact of the matter is that they are g95 dependent and we dropped
g95 - I already did so in numpy so we should do it as well in scipy.
