I know this error. Since you use sage 4.5.2 you will also use
networkx-1.0.1. See comments 24 and following or ticket #9854.
You have to either use Sage 4.5.3 which holds networkx-1.2, upgrade
networkx-1.0.1 in your current version, or apply the
networkx-1.0.1.p0.spkg in the attachement, which holds a simple patch.
The reason is that numpy.core.defmatrix moved to
numpy.matrixlib.defmatrix.
