 > You have to either use Sage 4.5.3 which holds networkx-1.2, upgrade
networkx-1.0.1 in your current version, or apply the
networkx-1.0.1.p0.spkg in the attachement, which holds a simple patch.

Incidentally, I also had to repackage that spkg, because you didn't use
`./sage -pkg` for it either :) and it had unchecked in changes :) But
clearly that is irrelevant for testing, since the upgrade is already in a
 later Sage.

Okay, with this upgrade those two tests pass. I am currently testing the
other four failures, all of which were timeouts, all of which are in files
I personally know to have VERY long `-long` doctests, and all but one of
which hopefully will pass with `SAGE_TIMEOUT_LONG=10000` (there is one in
`interfaces/maxima.py` which always fails on OS X 10.4, as far as I know,
which is due to tab-completion testing of Maxima never finishing, totally
unrelated to this). I'll let you know if something *doesn't* work.

So I think that my job is done here (pointing out that I was testing the
version from before the weekend. fbissey or drkirkby should comment on
 the spkg itself.
