I've successfully reinstalled / rebuilt the updated spkg and all dependent
packages* (with 32 jobs); {{{ptestlong}}} again passed.

* To achieve this, one can (since rc0) {{{export SAGE_UPGRADING=yes}}} and
run {{{make}}} after copying the new spkg to {{{spkg/standard/}}} and
deleting {{{spkg/installed/readline-6.1}}}.
