 Concerning "is not a code object", it can be reproduced as follows:

 sage: from sage.rings.polynomial.real_roots import
 bernstein_polynomial_factory_ratlist
 sage:
 
sage.misc.sageinspect.sage_getargspec(bernstein_polynomial_factory_ratlist.coeffs_bitsize)
 Traceback (most recent call last):
 ...
 TypeError: arg is not a code object
 }}}

 So, it seems like it should be fixed in sage.misc.sageinspect.
