I went through all patches that where merged since 4.7.alpha5 according to
http://boxen.math.washington.edu/home/release/sage-4.7.rc2/tickets.html
I found no patch touching sage.rings.polynomial.polynomial_element.pyx,
actually no patch that contains the word fragment "poly".
So, I am still puzzled. Perhaps the release manager can state what ticket
(in addition to #11139) I have to take into account.
