John and John, I've been trying to clean up the task list for the SCM
Migration project[1]. One of the items that I found on the list was
Stabilize the ARC database external interfaces
which I think meant ensuring some sort of stability for use by the new
pbchk code. But I don't understand if this is for rtichk, the comment
checker, or what.
Do you guys have any ideas as to what this task refers to?
*Is* there a stable interface for mapping a case number to a case title?
