The set of bugs in the RTI should match the set of bugs in the comment. But the RTI should probably just keep track of the bugids, and expand the synopses on display. Perhaps the disconnect is that I no longer think of an RTI as a static, archived document, so that the synopses it contains are more or less irrelevant. Danek
