Hey all-
when sdre did 120min. back when diary came out, they were supposedly going to
be the "next big thing." remember?? i think emo has been on the brink for
years, and what does everyone think will push it into the mainstream? sure,
sdre's fanbase has grown in the past few years, but most people i know have
never even heard of them and they're a seattle band...so....what is my point?
i think the music people know as "emo" has defied everyone's expectations by
NOT becoming mainstream...i don't know if that will last or not, but for now
i'm happy being one of the only people i know to own ALL THREE of their
albums! hahaha...(i'm being facetious) bye bye.
