all of a sudden my FreeRADIUS wouldn't restart. I
traced it back to rlm_eap_ttls.so unable to resolve
the symbol 'eaptype_name2type' (which is in libeap).

but after the last minor change I made I didn't notice
that it had stopped linking.
The proposed fix is to replace rlm_eap_tls.la in Makefile.in
