Hi
At Apache we have bval which is a bean validation implementation.
Contrarly to what was written, bean validation does not work by exception

I will likely try to bring a servlet/jaxrs bridge soon and wonder if

So vote passed with 3 +1 IPMC bindings votes and 2 +1 non IPMC votes.
@incubator: do we need another vote on general@ since we already got 3 IPMC
+1?

Even for a jsr tests are not part of a release, except the ones that are
part of the TCK.
Doesnt mean it is good or apache way ;)
In your case you may resolve/fix the snapshot dep to bind
to the specific snapshot version
A tag should be buildable anytime. Snapshots can be dropped from repos so
from my understanding it is an issue even if less impacting than direct
binaries dependencies.

Hi,
Are tests are part of the release?
If they are
@john: no since it would likely be deleted and has no link with revisions
so it is still highly mutable

And if you're using a snapshot, just switch to the timestamp based
snapshot.

Hello
this is pretty sure but as bval I suspect it will be a project moving by
batch (ie when needed) and very calm the remaining time - think we
already wrote it somewhere BTW.

+1 to keep @TheASF, will avoid noise or misunderstanding when a project is
graduated + for general announcements it is more consistent.

Hi all,
Thanks for the feedback thus far on the Tamaya proposal. Based on prior
discussion, I'd like to present the proposal found at
https://wiki.apache.org/incubator/TamayaProposal as well as copied below.
Please take a look and let me know

I do think it's an interested and important topic.
Was wondering what's Anatole position as the Configuration JSR as been
deferred from Java EE 8.
Even if Mark and Gerhard are also part of DeltaSpike, that'd be great to
avoid

BTW, wondering how to get the Apache Sirona community involved or if there
is a possible common road where the 2 projects could join.
+1. having a single solution would be awesome and sirona is just
starting to get there so
