Sorry, the only thing I was trying to suggest is that you report this issue to
IBM. It appears to me to be an ISMF bug.

are no longer truncated.

the CONVERTV command and all seems fine. I was even able to add the FDR ABR

However when it do a D SMS,VOLUME(IDSPPF) it shows that the volume is in the
correct STORAGE GROUP.
How could I go about correcting this problem besides reinitializing the pack?

If you play around with this you could discover that a "blank" entry can
only be used in a very specific configuration. And I always do recommend
anyone with a question first start by playing with a construct (not the
