Naw. Not a big deal except it's not especially good for the
Self-Leveling-Suspension pump to not have oil to pump.
And it's oil leaking into the oil.
A rather runny oil, seems about like kerosene!
Probably not too good for the engine, in quantity.

I think, if it were me, I would look for a larger press. I often see
used presses advertised here for reasonable prices.. I bought a small
bench top unit - 12 ton - but then bought a floor standing 20 ton unit
as the little one would not do what I wanted to do without modification.

Actually I was just thinking about the hairdryer trick this morning while
worrying it might get too cold before I get a chance to get the glows and

Still its weak-sauce compared to a block heater on a timer, especially if I've
set for defrost the night before...

That tends to be the case with most things - houses included.
However, if you sell something very quickly, you often wonder if you
have sold it too cheaply.
I often try to underprice things just so that they will sell faster.
However, it is often difficult to really judge that sort of thing
My setup for the truck will likely involve turning on the aux pump and block
heater, then the blower motor once the engine is toasty in order to get the
cab bearable.

I don't think 400w can do much for the entire cab, but if you leave the

True, but it'll hopefully get it up at least a few degrees, anything's

A desire to go to DC is a desire to be mauled by the special interest groups.
There has not been a candidate in probably 40 years that has done what
is best for the nation - most do what they 'seem' to hear from their

OK. I have come to the reluctant conclusion that I need to downsize the car
fleet. Six BMWs will be reduced/combined into 3, and the 1975 300D needs a new
