There is a way to set up an email address of the form
x...@sync.mylifeorganized.net, in such a way that if you forward an email to
that address it will land up in your MLO Inbox. Perhaps someone can clarify
the steps as I have forgotten how I did it!

I used to use folders without children for short notes, but now I use tasks set
as hidden branches. Because I like a folder to be a folder.
Either way, there is an issue when it comes to archiving a completed
sub-outline. Perhaps a project that has been completed, and the project
checkbox untic

filter (lowest option) gives you the option of setting an Advanced Filter which
does flexible filtering on dates, among many other things.

This is a very good idea. I once wrote an app which enabled the same task to be
in different places of the hierarchy, but while this worked I did not complete
other functionality. I do not know if anyone has made this happen in released

inherit context. Because of this, I sometimes use hashtags in the caption, and

I have remembered a way of doing this on Android. You first have to make a
repeating task on the desktop version, and delete the Regenerate next task
field. If you then synchronize your file to Android, you have a task that, when

It happens to me too. I have Microsoft Surface PC's. To be able to move the
window, I have to exit MLO and restart the application. I use Eset antivirus.
There is no error message, the MLO window just gets stuck in its position on
the screen.

It's complicated, as you can set up that hierarchy within the outline directly,
and that is what I would do. You can also set up a hierarchy in contexts,
thought that is more artful as the contexts are shown in menus in alphabetical
order, which would not work for your list without amending it.

I found today that I could not create a new file for cloud synching, being
apparently limited to ten files. Is there some way to increase or remove
this limit? It is inconvenient to have to combine files into one larger
outline to work around it.
