What 350mw card are you using? I wouldn't use anything less than XR5 or R5H because their receive sensitivity is so much better. Well, let me log in and test... A note:  the local environment has lots of noise... All H-Pol 5MHz channel width  tower A is seen at -60, sees AP at -59  connection shows  54Mbps/4/54Mbps/4  Thruput AP to tower 6.4Mbps, tower to AP 5.9MBps tower B is seen at -77, sees AP at -77 connection
