well, guys... i realy feel myself blind with this new navigation. so thats my thoughts.this system needs some kind of looking around keys, but not what we have now. in my head its like in monkey business, where you have three keys which alow you to look whats right infrond, a little to the right and to the left of ya. of course you cannt see whats behind.this looking around feature doesnt see the difference between players, surfaces, trees and other stuff, everything is just items. umm... probably instead of surfaces, the game should say like mood surface or something like that.next, it doesnt tell its to the left, behind, infrond etc. it gives us the range between us and the object. for example, a tree in 6 feet or 10 arrows in 15 meters.that would be good if we will be able to track an object, doesnt matter its player or an item. for example we give a command to track an object, and next we hear 
 some kind of beeping sound which indicates where the object is. it stops when we cancel tracking or the object is outta view, for example a player going too far to see him.and the last: if we have a system like this, everything making noize in real life has to make it in the game. im telling not about items lying on the ground or surfaces instead of flowing water, but about trees. wind in the lives will help us to orient more quickly, and im sure it will be useful if you run from someone and you need to find a tree fast for hiding there.i have many many thoughts about game sound design, about the island map, cuz i like not all of quadrants, i think not all of them is where and how they have to be. northeast as an example. there are lives everywhere, like its always atumn there, you know. imo lives should ly only around trees, but not cover so huge territory. we have lrge forest on the northwest and some kind of coppice on the southeast, i think that
 s enough. what if we have some hills instead of area with lives? that will be nice if only from this area we will be able to reach mountains and high clifs on the east side of the map. and that would be fun if we could fall from them to death or even break our legs  but i realy love the zone with the stream clay area and as the stream dies in swamp, that looks very very nice :3it seems ive never wrote so long posts xD just think about it sam and other people

as far as eating corpses, that seems a little grusem, how ever there are such things as cannibals. and i dont knoe about a house, but the ability to build a shelter of some sort would come in handy.Hunting would be realistic.

Hi.I bought the game a couple days ago.Its nice but Ive found a couple bugs: 1. Pressing M to start and stop the music doesnt work. 2. pressing shift tab in menus does not take you back through the menus.Its a fun little game, but I crash a lot. I think it would be nice if you could buy upgrades for cars and things like that. Perhaps in a shop or something.

Apple isnt really known for good and well done cloud type stuff. I really dont know why apple forces people to use a music program or ICloud to back things up. Of course there is google drive and dropbox for stuff if you can get your apps to aloud you to move the data in to dropbox or google drive. LOL. I have everything in folders on my system. I havent yet import all my audiobooks in to ITunes do to the design of ITunes. LOL. I have a misc. folder set aside for those things that I cant put or doesnt make sense anywhere else. I have found that dumping a lot of my audio books in to the voice dream reader app, and or on my stream. Game sound tracks is one thing that ITunes does not get. I have come across recordings that I dont even dare put into ITunes.

Its not just about misc stuff, its things like when I have a series of audiobooks I always name and number the folders in reading order, or in ways that are sensible to me. For example I have a main audio folder which has the names of authors or sometimes productions or settings such as Doctor who or Starwars. Within my audio folder I have one for Cs lewis. this has folders for the audiobooks of the Narnia series and his Space trilogy, plus some stand alone audio books like the Screwtape letters. I then have a folder called narnia audio dramas which has separate subfolders for the Bbc and Focus on the family versions. Within my music folder, I have separate folders for orchestral music and film and game soundtracks, plus I have a lot of stuff that is really not of any definable genre anywway.While I am not obsessive about it, I do like having stuff where I can find it, and given that I have a fairly amount of audiobooks, music and audio
  dramas, it does make sense for me to try and keep things organized in a way that I can always find stuff, which is why even when I was using Itunes I refused to play Apples silly artist/album game, (heck half the stuff I have doesnt come in albums anyway).Icloud wouldnt be my favourite choice of backing up my Iphone, but I view it as the lesser of two evils when set against Itunes, I just hope when I do decide to upgrade my Iphone (possibly when the Iphone 7 series comes out), the Icloud backup will work as planned and I can restore all my contacts, aps etc onto the new device, same goes of course if anything nasty happens to my Iphone in the mean time.

I used to have Phantoms mod, but I dont anymore. Id love to get it back!I told Aprone about this yesterday, but Ill tell everyone here as well to see if anyone can reproduce it. On Map5, in the shootout zones, you have a bunch of raiders behind a barricade. As you move around, they shoot at you, of course. The thing is, if you walk up to their barricade and stand right up against it, you can hear them all saying things, but no one shoots! If you just run straight at them, youll be shot at until you hit that barricade; once there, you can hang out as long as you want and no one will fire a shot. I even took out a raider with a machete yesterday!Speaking of raiders, Ive found something odd. Grenades dont seem to work on them at all. Ive tried in the shootout zones and up the escalators, and nothing happens. By all rights, I should be able to clear out most of that second floor area pretty easily, yet the grenade never see
 ms to explode. If it does, I dont hear it and it doesnt affect anything. Is this intentional behavior?Last thought: I wonder if Swamp itself could be made to offer sound volume control for more categories? Specifically, zombie attach and shield block sounds really need to be lowered across the board, especially in a swarm. Instead of everyone manually lowering every single file, could Swamp offer a volumes menu, where each category of sound can be adjusted? Footsteps, zombie attacks, weapon firing, weapon reloading, and so on? Id love to lower the attack/block noises, raise the crate and radar sounds, lower the player beep but raise the locator ping (the loop sound), etc.

Its set on a human colony world which has a natural field called Fey that produces affects like magic including accellerated evolution and unguarded thoughts or desir
 es summoning certain things. Theres a church who are bent on restoring old earth science, and sorcerers who use the force of the fey to do various things. Its a truly unique mix of sf and fantasy elements and some of the writing is great. Unfortunately however it often really blunders into the sensational, the prologue was all about a woman who spent the entire time talking about her great and wonderful and tallented and handsome and oh so devoted husband who she loved so much,  really it was kind of a relief when she got sacrificed! . Likewise, the main female character spends all her time being a huge great galumfing damsle, and one of the principle male characters is a semi immortal sorcerer who preys on peoples vulnerability to stay alive,  well I say people, what I really mean is attractive young maidens! Then agai
 n, the other principle male character is a sorcerer priest who is genuinely fascinating, and the alliances between him and the evil (or at least rather amoral), dracula style sorcerer (hes even a count), are quite unique, as is the world and the hints of forces that threaten it. I particularly like for example the idea that the worlds principle native species only developed sentience because one of the original colony surveyers, not realizing how the fey worked did lots of evolutionary studdies and predicted that they wouldve evolved into a human like species! I remember trying to read that trilogy (coldfire trilogy, if I remember correctly), on several occasions, but I just couldnt get into them for some reason. I tried reading them at least twice, same for Malazan, actually, but I just kept falling asleep. May has been a very relaxed month for me, as I said, and Ive actually had a writing idea baking in my head for the last month or so. So maybe Ill have something to do over the summer. I remember trying to read that trilogy (coldfire trilogy, if I remember correctly), on several occasions, but I just couldnt get into them for some reason. I tried reading them at least twice, same for Malazan, actually, but I just kept falling asleep. May has been a very relaxed month for me, as I said, and Ive actually had a writing idea baking in my head for the last month or so. So maybe Ill have something to do over the summer. Then again, Ive never actually finished a long writing project... I finished the game. I sent this to the author:I made it to the end of Deep Space Huntress, suggesting that the accessibility of the game is quite acceptable.A couple of cases required me dragging a finger to locate text that had not gained focus. And the endgame, where stats are shown relative to other players, didn’t seem to voice at all.That aside, it rocked, and I enjoyed it a lot.

It seems as though they tend to fail to spot the mines when they are under pressure, rather than this chance being completely random. If that was true, it would be a plus for the devs because its more realistic in the context of the given game conditions. @Afrim, I certainly didnt mean being tired of studdying. I loved my secondary school (well at least the decent place where I did my a levels between 16-18), and would gladly go back there. Like you they didnt want a blind student, were in fact very obstructive (they attempted to refuse me studdying English literature with the excuse there werent enough chairs), yet things worked out amazingly, I met some great friends, had an awsome time (including learning how to play poker), and in fact later recieved virtually an appology. Then again, exams are one thing I do not miss . Im a little confused what you mean about A writing section several of the subjects I took such as religious studdies (in effect religious philosophy), general studdies and history required writing of essay questions during the exams, (not to mention when I go
 t to university), which I did on a laptop in microsoft word. I had a portable printer and so just printed the thing out, and got my teaching assistant to check all pages had printed correctly. Thats part of the reason I had the laptop and indeed the portable printer in the first place. @Soul keeper I do keep meaning to try Empire assuming the nasty experience I had with the games developer was a fluke (see the empire mud topic for details), it looked an awsome game, which was why it irritated me I couldnt find any space to begin building my empire. It probably even needs a db page at some point sinse it has some great screen reader adaptations such as the textual scan. As to C friedman, well a friend of mine recommended her books to me and suggested the coldfire trilogy. As I said thus far its something of a mixed blessing but an interesting one all the same. Interestingly enough it is one of the few occasions I had to stop a book and restart it
 , sinse I started the book back in March then got that bloody annoying flue infection and just found Friedmans overblown prose and intricate world werent want I wanted while feeling utterly dead, so had to stop an hour in, which also meant I had the annoying stepford wife from the prologue twice, but at least the second time around I could look forward to her getting a gory death for being such an annoyingly sterriotypical person . its actually a little odd doing Buffy and Coldfire at the same time sinse theyre strengths are almost diametrically opposite. Buffy has witty dialogue, great characters including some awsome ladies, but the world, magic and general fantasy elements are mostly pretty stock, while Coldfire has only a few more complex characters, skirts rather too close to sterriotypes in places, but has a really fascinating world.@T
 renton, that answers what Gopher space isfrom a technical standpoint, but Im still a little unclear exactly what the point is or why I would want to use the thing. In fairness I felt exactly the same way about bbs, and indeed the only time I tried bbs was first one called gameszone and later of course nerbbs.com, and that was for, as you might guess the chance to play lots of cool games like usurper and tradewars . Is Gopher space just a tech for techs sake thing? or is there more of a tangible point.

@Dark,The English exam and the literature as well have a writing section in the end. They give you two choices like sending an e-mail to a friend describing a film, concert or so. And the literature asks you to talk about an issue, like, problems teens face during high school and what could you do to resolve them. Why are such problems occurring nowadays etc.So theres only an essay in the end, other questions must be filled with no more than 12 or 15 words.The time of secondary school is simply amazing. I will never forget it. I wish I had one more year to study here.

I havent seen this situation yet but it seems as though a BGT script or executable cant pass command line parameters directly to another BGT executable. Have you tried running this through the command line from the BGT game program itself? Another possibility that should certainly be feasible would be to implement the updater so that it wouldnt have to be run with the command line parameter.Just to make sure we have excluded all the possible scenarios, have you double checked the way the updater executable checks its command line parameters?Thanks,Lukas

@DarkIve been studying a lot these days but Im still not getting tired of it. I still love this school, all the staff whom I had to do with these three years, and both me and them keep saying that we will miss each other, since when I enrolled at that school they were extremely amazed how could I learn and organize my opinions and thoughts. Being only a blind student at that school, they paid me a lot of respect which I didnt really think of in the very first days there.Another unsatisfying thing which Ive been going through these two weeks was whether they would allow me use my laptop in final exams or not, since I will have to deal with four final exams which have a writing section in the end. The problem was that I was not using a test written in an electronic form, but that was a usual paper containing 25 questions and the last one was a writing section, which certainly needs to have a method of writing by me, because I dont think any 
 person in this world in the modern days can write an essay on the spot.After I wrote it in Microsoft word, my teacher assistant wrote it back on the paper and that was well done. I think Ill get at least 97 out of 100 points.The English exam was too easy for me.

Ok, so let me explain some stuff here that will be in the readme with this system. Basicly instead of coordinates, c will tell you the things around you. Far off in the diatance, yes, I can and will get to that soon enough. C now tells you tiles around you. So for example. If you wanted to find the pond... youd press c, and hear oh, mud? Sand? Youd go over to that mud and sand and stuff, and youd then hear the sound of the pond. Distance is something I do want to add and also, you dont need to know whare players are. First, this system ends all of the hey out of character people can you come wake me up etc? Guys, its ment as an in character game. Its roleplay which means to find someone, you have to search for them. This kind of goes back to a post about, now Im gona reward it to not sound offensive, someone said some people should get a life out side of the computer? Ok now, first, that was extreamily offensive, but at the same time, in a
  slight way I think it actually ment something. What I think that person was trying to say, is hey, this game is realistic. It doesnt have those sifi beeps and trackers and all that. Now keep in mind im not saying what that person said, just to think about maybe what it could have ment. In this game, I dont want people to know whare other players are. I mean, you should all try immersing your selves in roleplay. Thats half the thing that makes the game fun. And also, something huge, in the next update you will have the sun which will be very helpful. See, wich coordinates, your never, ever lost. You know the hole entire map. You have to lock your self on to a tree. You always have to be facing north. And I want a game that doesnt have all that for once. Its like, just find a tree, and use it. And for trading posts? In character. You are supposed to use the radios and broadcast the message out there, and in stead of coordinates, describe the area. 
 Like heck, when the new inv system is here, Ill beable to add signs. You just say hey, look over for this sine. Because the tile checking... it has a range of 75 squares. But anyway guys, this system needed to happen for roleplay to be very successful. In the wild, you dont know your coordinates or your direction system, you need to get away from sidestep and actually turn. Thats the trick. And yes, everyone in the wild has the sun as a guide, that will be in the next version. Do any of you understand any of these points? and scorp, those sounds are stats, and actually very useful. Listen closely. A watersound, if quite high pitch means youd better do something about your thirst. Health at low pitch means you have low health. health is a heartbeat. The sound of a chip means hunger, the lower the pitch, the better. And the breath, is energy. Higher pitch, the better.

That sounds good. As I said I did look at the free version of ds huntress previously, but its likely I didnt have a particularly detailed look I just established it was the same system as the other games were using, the one used in the premium pack. If Sam could modify the premium pack that would be awsome, indeed Ill probably wait and see if this happens sinse that way I get to carry on into the other volumes of huntress and the various games, plus miss out on irritating adds. Next up on my gamebook playing list is actually shadow horror.

Ah afrim that makes sense. My biology exams were all single answer questions, as were certain parts of the general studdies exam. I will say not all of secondary school was fun, the less said about the shithole I went to between 11 and 15 where I did my gcsee qualifications the better. ill also say that the fun didnt stop for me when I finished secondary school either, sinse the time doing my degree was likely the best Ive ever had.

I also think the tests might depend on the way they are organized. For example, as far as I remember from biology, there were questions like, explain how food is digested. and you had to describe it step by step. There were also questions filled with alternatives or other ones required you to enter the word in the gaps from a highlighted word list.The English exam and the literature one have a text in the beginning, and based on that, there are built 10 or 15 questions. then other exercises are related to the grammar of the level of the test.

oh sam thats realy no offence here, i like the new system, i just tell that i feel myself blind with it and thats why it has to be improved. ive tried to turn myself exactly to the one of the sides, using sand bar for orientation. the game told me that sand is slightly infrond and something blablabla to the left. i thought it should be straight to the left of me, cause this sand is a straight bar, you know what i mean. so, i began to turn right, till heard sand is straight of to the left of me. but i know, i was facing not right to one of the sides, cause i tried to walk back and forth. thats not so good.you know what? i realy love this idea with stats sound, but i just dont like the sounds. i mean, the realization. look:health stats: if for example your health is above 500, then you hear your heartbeat very quiet. the lower your health, the louder and probably faster your heartbeat. when your health is realy critical, about 100, you hear

After your explanation, the reasons you gave do make sense. With me, I do have enough audio books on my computer that I have to make sure that it gets over to the devices that I want them on and that it showed up just right. I finally gave up on that and just dumped them in to the voice dream reader app or on my stream. LOL. Yes, the voice dream reader does pretty good for that. I just haven’t tried it with dramatized stuff yet. It will not be good for this if it will not handle stereo stuff. Granted, I still have to use ITunes, but at least I can drop them in the voice dream reader app itself and not have to worry about ITunes getting it messed up. Let’s see, I have a music folder for all the music I can arrange by artist or by just about any other means that I find that I needed. If you look in to my music folder, you would find that the music itself is arrange sort of like how you might would find it in ITunes. There is some difference though. The first thing that is different is that once the music folder is open, each folder that you are faced with at first is a letter and a various artists folder for those albums that don’t fit anywhere else. I have an audio folder set aside for everything else. In this audio folder, I have an “audio books” folder, a “dramatized audio” folder, an “old time radio” folder, A “TV and Movie audio” folder, and an “audio misc.”. folder. In my audio books folder, I have my audio books arranged by title seeing that I haven’t really bought enough of them on CD to really get more precise than that. Needless to say, only the music folder is in my ITunes library or at least, ITunes only knows about the music folder. LOL. I just don’t feel like trying to get my whole audio folder in to ITunes correctly. If I download something off the net and I am not too sure where I am going to put that peace of audio, I put it in the audio misc. folder until I decide. I have the MP3 to audio book converter thing for my PC to convert somethings into M4B files at times. One difference between what you do and what I do may be due to when I listen to my music on my IOS device, I mainly want to shuffle through all of my music while out and about and don’t really care all that much how messy it is until I want to find that song on the PC. LOL. Isn’t it kind of strange how this topic was about radios, and now it is bash ITunes. LOL. Speaking of radios, I wonder if I could find me one of the receivers that can receive the communications of the fire and police departments here in the uSA... I don’t expect to get that info here on this form based on what some people use those receivers for. Another thing, know where all the good sources for old time radio is? The internet archive is one good source, but...

Sure you need to use an external file for that because the main game executable needs to be closed in order to be overwritten. I was just suggesting alternative possibilities. Since the updater is probably not supposed to be run manually in the first place, you could omit the parameters altogether. The game would run it without them and close so that it can do its job, then I suspect the updater probably starts the game up again when its done? So again, this restart of the game could be done without parameters and the game would automatically try to delete the updater.exe from within the main function so that it doesnt get in the users way at all.Is that of any use?Lukas

Ive not played Robo-e myself, but when I put together the db entry for it I did notice a podcast about the game (there is a link to it on the db page or you can look on Applevis). if I remember rightly the lady who does that was playing the first level, so that might help you with the problem.Sorry I couldnt be of more help, but Robo-e is a game I just didnt fancy. its odd, Ive played various graphical versions of those sorts of sokoban puzzles, but the thought of trying it with just audio looking cell by cell makes my brain hurt. Itd certainly be possible of course, just like its possible to play chess looking square by square, but its certainly note a mode of thinking I find easy without the peaces in front of me.Hth anyway.

Ah, I think the reason that the sand is saying that for you is because how the game does it, is it gets the angle from your position to the sand. well, thats kind of hard to do for the simple reason, It goes threw all the posible tiles around you. Then when it finds one it says, ok, in this area lets not output to the player anymore sand. Also, guys, slightly to the left or what ever, its the angle, not in tiles. When it says something is slightly to the left, it means you turn a little bit to the left. It could still be 10 tiles off to the left. That had nothing to do with distance, Only the angle from you to the object. Thats why you dont sidestep all the time anymore, just when you know your very close to an obj. So saying, if there was a tree slightly to the left, it means turn, slightly to the left. And darth scorp, if it says sand was slightly to the left of you you wouldnt run into it of course, you have to make it slightly in front
  of you. I hope that helps. Just remember, its all about turning and walking forward. Not sidestepping anymore, which btw is soon gonna take up slightly more energy. Nothing much, just slightly because hey, in life you dont sidestep to an object far off to the left. Even when I add distance, it might say there is a tree in front and very slightly to the left of you, about 20 tiles away. That 20 tiles away thing means, if you face that angle, then you would walk 20 tiles. Not sidestep 20 tiles.

I just felt like doing a /u for security purposes so the user couldnt run it from explorer, even though yes it does delete it. i dont know why the hell I did it. I also have to make sure it cant be multilaunched, because if it is, it could cause huge file conflicts and windows would probably corrupt the files.

Well otrcat.com is a site I have just brought some old radio stuff from.The price is as much for the cds to be shipped and thats all.so 5 bucks for 1 cd 20 for 4 cds.I spent 80 bucks mainly as birthday presents and I think I had a 4 a 3 and then several 1 and 2 disk sets.otrr old time radio reserchers is another one they have a distribution library and some of there completed stuff is found on the internet archive.I have not touched c crane though at one point in the past before it basically died locally when I got an old receiver, shortwave basically died here and before I was looking for a good receiver.For me this is probably not going to happen as such, as my grandpa has an old 1930s set he got back in the day.Its not been used for ages but has good sound.The unit is in a leather case and apart from a busted switch, its still working its quite clunky though.However its destined to be mine after he dies since I did ask
  him if I could have it when that happens.On the radio side though, there is tune in which I have not tried, global tune which apparently accesses physical radios you can tune anywhere in the world, and that sort of thing.Here we have all our radio stations going through I heart which I have not tried.A lot of the media companies especially for the government and other stations do band together though which basically means I can get whatever I want.Once you have the station name though if you can get it its possible to pick up a live stream via their website.The government controlled stations I do listen to have am fm, net, mobile app and are on I heart they also have facebook, twitter and email service.To be honest Id probably listen to more net streams if bandwidth was not so f**cking expensive here in new Zealand.What I pay covers the youtube part of it, podcasts and system updates and a few other shares.However the streams th

The only site I know for old time radio shows is Radiolovers which is here which has some nice stuff either for vague interest (while the series is way too cheasy for me,it was interesting hearing the first ever episode of buck rogers), or some actually quite interesting things, there is a rather amusing old 60s bbc radio comedy called the Clithero kid which I found quite funny, I also like some of the old dramatizations of books like 1984 or John Wyndhams sf.I wouldnt say were just! bashing Itunes in this topic (besides Itunes deserves a good bashing), I also find the discussion of music organization and playback quite illuminating. I have an audio and music folder as well, but my audios are mostly in author folders and then subfolders for series or for audio dramas. Im particularly pleased with my dr. Who folder which has one folder for all the big finish stuff, with subfolders for their variou
 s series and spinoffs, then individual folders for each encarnation of the doctor with subfolders for tv novelizations, original novels, tv soundtracks with audio description etc. In my music folder not everything is organized by artist or categorization, and some stuff like my blackmores night folder even has albums, albeit other stuff doesnt. One advantage however of organizing as I do means that I can drop individual files into folders with subfolders, which is really handy if I get something from youtube. For example, I heard a gorgious prelude by Rachmaninoff which i found a nice version of on Youtube. Sinse its just a file and I dont have a main folder for it I just drop it into my orchestral music folder with all the various sub folders for different pieces and such. Actually, one advantage of having my stuff organized as I do is I can choose what I want shuffled. For example if I want a full eclectic mix I can put my entire music folder on shu
 ffle, where as if I just say want a mix of all of Enyas stuff I just put my Enya folder on shuffle.That is the one thing you cannot do with the victor stream, sinse the way it shuffles its music category it shuffles all music and if you want something smaller you have to create playlist files and copy them across, but sinse I always like to chop and change what music I have on my Victor at any given time so I dont get board, I havent particularly bothered with looking into thiss. Then again Ive never been that interested in playlists, sinse generally if I want somethingg specific to play Ill just play it, whether that is a single piece or a hole soundtrack. I mangled with playlists on Itunes, but it was the only way to say get all the files in an audiobook to play properlly in order, much less one or two audiobooks in series.Btw, what exactly does this voice dream thing do?

Hi all,Thanks to Brad, I now can download huge collections of videos again! Youtube-dl works like a charm and has tons of options which I havent seen in other accessible video downloaders.However it suffers from one problem, which is not really a fault of Youtube-dl, its a Youtube thing. The program will only grab the first 1,050 videos of a channel or playlist, so if you have a channel thats super huge, you wont be able to get all the videos. Theres a way around this, but Im currently trying to figure out how to get it to work. I know its possible because Ive done it a few times, but I wont post details until I know for sure whats going on.

I love the volume idea. Well, Coming back from a memorial day dinner, it was country style ribs, baked beans, and patata salad, at least for me.Now, as for trying to explain what Gopher Space is like, have a look and listen to a Gophermap HowTo podcast by a hacker/coder who calls himself DeepGeek, who can explain what Gophers can be used for way better than I can. I can definitely tell ya though with my own words, that a Gophermap, is similar to an HTML file, though writing gophermap pages, is way! more easier than writing HTML files, do to how they are structured. Additionally, have a listen/read to DeepGeeks Gopher History , which should explain how useful they are, and gives more insight in how they were used back in the day.

You cant even jump, its all automatic.You can only drive and turn, If there were at least more obstacles it could be interesting. After playing the Brazil tournament and winning crashingmy car quite a lot(on one track I damaged it 60% and still passed), I abandoned the game until an update comes out. there are almost no bugs, it justneed to improve and get new features. First menu is pretty simple, choose help andread all the sections of the manual! I recommend readingeverything before you start playing, it will only take you fiveminutes, I promise!Then choose start and youwill be taken to the characters menu.If you have already created some characters they will appear here, ifnot choose the plus sign.The character creation process starts to get tricky!*during the game youll have to use the two finger flick up to go to thefirst item in many situations, youll have to guess and experiment withsome things, but it all works, flicking right and left with one fingerwill be used quite often as well*.So your first option is to give your character a name. After that,youll need to choose his class, race, profession and attributes. Classseems to come first, and I believe knight is selected by default. Notice when I said 100% playable, not 100% accessible?So this post will be useful to explain what you will need in order toenjoy the game! Also, if you want to try to contact the developers andask to make it better for us, feel free to do so!Firstly when launching the game you will start to hear the 8 bit musicwhich I really love! First menu is pretty simple, choose help andread all the sections of the manual! I recommend readingeverything before you start playing, it will only take you fiveminutes, I promise!Then choose start and youwill be taken to the characters menu.If you have already created some characters they will appear here, ifnot choose the plus sign.The character creation process starts to get tricky!*during the game youll have to use the two finger flick up to go to thefirst item in many situations, youll have to guess and experiment withsome things, but it all works, flicking right and left with one fingerwill be used quite often as well*.So your first option is to give your character a name. After that,youll need to choose his class, race, profession and attributes. Classseems to come first, and I believe knight is selected by default. Youwill notice that to the left of the race / class names there will be a and  sign. This is used to choose what you want.human will be selected for the race as default.Some races and classes are locked by default and you can either play tounlock them or use in app purchases to buy gems.You can get a description of the selected race or class by dragging yourfinger on the screen, at least when you change stuff you get textdescriptions of what youve changed.After choosing everything (if youre not satisfied with your stats you also have the reroll button).Lets proceed to the main part of the game!The game will be really weird at first, if you drag your finger andexplore the screen, at the top left there will be an unlabelled buttonwhich we will call menu when referring to it later.If youre annoyed with the music, or cant hear voiceover properly andneed to disable it, choose this unlabelled button and flick right untilyou find the option sfx green. double tap it and done. How do you leave thisscreen you ask?flick up with 2 fingers and flick right with one finger until you findoryx 16bit fantasy items and a number. there will be 4 of those withdifferent numbers. If you want to label them, nows a good time(howeverall the screens will contain the same unlabelled items so you might haveto do it on all places).these options are:Items, craft, skills and return to game.Ok, back to the main window. how to move? The game works like a chessboard, but all the dungeons are the same. Ill explain!Go and find the number 12, touch it. you will get a message that everytime you find the battle ring simbol if you tap there you will be ableto fight. Hmm, so the number 12 will always lead you to a battle, butwhat if you want to go to the dungeons shop and get some equipment, orif youve completed the dungeon and want to proceed to the next? To goto the shop, if youre on the square number 12 double tap the number13(if it worked you will hear a footstep meaning you moved), if itdidnt, you wont hear any sounds(I recommend wearing headphones to makesure you listen to the footstep).When youre on square 13, double tap square 14, you will hear thefootstep again, tap on 14 once more and youll be at the shop. to leavethe shop, flick up with two fingers and itll be the first option, theseweird names again (oryx 16bit fantasy world 207).To find more battles, repeate the same process, double tap on 13, then12, and 12 again to open up the opponents screen.Thats what you need to know about movement, if youve completed thedungeon 100% and want to move to the next, if youre on square 12,double tap 7, then 2, and 2 again.And if you want to go back to the character screen find the south portalby: if youre on square 12, tap 17 and then 22, then tap 22 again. Ok,movement is completely explained, all the other squares arent used foranything (at least I havent noticed any use for them yet) Im on level15.The game just consists of fighting various enemies, buying betterequipment, crafting items with materials you hearn in the battles andhaving fun, but it gets hard!Lets move to the battle screen.your first battle will be against a toxic puddle. youll be able to
