Ha, is there way to breed Manamon to get some that don't appear int he wild.  Hilariously enough, one of the underdeveloped stats for my Vulpine is strength...and it's the melee grass starter.  To be fair, I was already into the game by the time I had access to the guy who checks that. I feel as if I'm pouring a lot of trains to fix that and speed since the other stats are alright, though from what I can tell from soft resetting to get a traded manamon to at least remarkable in all stats is that the scale from terrible to perfect is about 10.  Or at least on this magi robot thing as I wonder what's cursing me to get horrible rolls.  So maybe not a big loss since the training points are there to fix things like that I guess.  Though after the game is complete at least story wise, I wouldn't mind redoing a few of these to not be blowing a good portion of the points, and it's been doing a lot better...after about 100 points into 
 strength.  But still, it just seems a bit disheartening to see what the examiner says whenever I accidently click on him...err her and seeing the strength and speed rolls.  Meh, I'll jus take solace that for some reason the grass starter seems to get an unusually high number of training points compared to others.  Now it's doing reasonable damage along side my lionar which had remarkable Strength.  maybe after it gets it's third evolution and a ew more training points, and I can work on other things for once.

Sorry for the double posts,but@bryant,this game as it stands now isn't in a alpha,or a beta the suggestions that you give would entirely change the gameplay and would require a complete redesign of the trainers,stadiums  and so on and on. If your mon is too week to fight in certain battles, take it to a lower level area and have it gain levels. you could also keep the weeker one in the first slot of your party, encounter manamons or trainers,  as its the first in the party slot, the week one would go out first as soon as its your turn, switch it out with the most powerful one you have and have that one kill the opponent. That way both manamons the weeker one and the one that actually did the killing would gain experience split in half,usually, not the fastest way to level but its one of many strategies you could employ.IMO, the $40 pricetag is just slightly on the steap end but for quality like this,its reasonable and well worth every buck.<

hi.Ok, I want to first start out by saying that I appreciate the work that has been put into this game, because I am having a lot of fun with it.However, there are a couple of things that put me off slightly.First, I want to make the suggestion that all of your nanamon can take part in a battle, instead of just 1. This would make things easier, instead of just having 1 do all the damage.Also, I've been doing some thinking and think it would be really great if the experience you gain could either be given to all your creatures in your party, or else split between them. Currently, because I am only focusing on 1 creature, it is extremely hard to level up my other one, because only 1 is focusing on the battle, thus not gaining experience for the other one. The only way I can get experience for it is to switch to it, take part in a battle, and level it up. But I don't want to do this, because the other one I have sucks, and I don't want him takin
 g part in any battles yet, because he'll die.This are just my suggestions. I don't know what to think of the game yet and am questioning rather or not the 40 dollar price tag is worth it, based on what I've seen so far.

To those struggling to find the way to the second stadium city, Spoilers aheadAfter visiting Hansha village and seeing a cutscene, return to the tunnel. Go right for a scene and battle, then continue until you reach the ladder back to Sqien path. From there:Go left a couple of steps. Go down at your first opportunity and continue until you reach the wall. Then go left to the wall, down to the wall (past the tamer), right to the wall, up a bit and right down the path past the tamer(who talks about a stone). Go down at your first opportunity and continue until you hit the wall, right a little, down to the wall, right a little more, down until it opens up to your right, then right, up to the latter to floor 2.This next floor has several more tamers for you to fight. When you come to a room with a dripping sound, somewhere along the upper wall is the ring (it's not invisible but it has a pretty short range on it). In the same room is the exit to the next a
 rea. Said next area is a path with more wild creatures and tamers. It leads to the next city, but just like hazeldale there'll be something you have to do in order to get to the stadium.

At stirlock  ** Obligatory Spoiler Tag**     Okay, in regards to that trade in using the lv 25-29 Autoson, does that manamon you get in return learn some of its attacks at a higher level when it evolves?  I used some herbs on an lv 28 one and it learned super spark. But when I reset and use the herbs on it's evolved form, it didn't get super spark at lv 32.  It probably learns it a few levels later, but I'm not sure as I don't have enough level up herbs to see.  Though if that's the case, I'll probably evolve this thing to the Menadevil or what it's name was after it gets super spark for a strong electric attack to go off it's high stats.

I successfully created a VPS on Linode.  I was advised to use the putty.exe SSH client.  THe first problem arose: network errors and timeouts.I was trying to use the browser-based console, but it wasn't taking.  Nor did putty when I attempted to connect to the server -- hopefully this is just a network problem on my end.  Perhaps I didn't do something right...I'm looking at command line commands at the moment and trying to understand how they work.That's my progress so far.Edit: I'm attempting to log in to my server using Ubuntu 16, but it's asking for a username and password, of which was not asked upon creation.Luke

yes... i use jaws maybe 20 percent of the time to OCR inaccessible pdfs as a backup screen reader if NVDA is not meeting my needs in a certain app, to use windows10 touch or universal apps, or if certain websites don't work with NVDA in windows10. I mostly use NVDA with cracked eloquence. if international tts did not have that watermark and let us use it within audio games and in any app we wanted i would not have asked mike to see if he could code his own version of it without the watermark. and the main reason i want a sapi bridge is so i can use sapi4 eloquence as a sapi5 voice a quickly loading and stable sapi5 voice and to have access to sapi4 control panel so i can further customise the voices.

@Jayde:Slight spoilers aheadI just finished recording my second attempt at this fight which was successful. Since the majority of the players have not yet reached this point in the game I do not wish to make this recording public, but I will PM you a link to it as soon as it finishes uploading.To be fair I got a little bit too lucky in this fight, so much so that I almost considered resetting just to get a recording which more accurately portrayed the battle as it would usually go.My first attempt went seriously wrong after I got him down to under 20 percent health.I do think it's maybe a little OP but I don't think it needs a huge amount of adjusting in order to balance it (I'd imagine just watering down that regen a little bit would do the trick).As I write this, the upload has just finished so I will send you a PM as soon as I post.

So I have a quick question.   Do Manamon that use an item to evolve continue to learn moves by level up?  The only reason I ask is that it was stated the creator based this completely of many mechnics of POkemon, and one of the trends from there were that Pokémon that used an item like a fire stone to evolve tended to stop learning new attacks (barring a few like Eevee which actually gives it a new movelist).   The reason I asked is that      ** Spoilers***        A person in the second Stadium's town is wanting an AutoSun for a Manamon that evolves with a update installer which I found.  It stats are far after evolving, but I'm not sure if it'll learn new attacks still or be stuck with the 5 it already has, and make it's ability useless since I would not be able to get 7.        End Spoilers         I actually find this game not too difficult, and honesty think all major battles should be scaled.  Though I haven't reached the first scaled fight yet (about to enter the area it occurs in), Currently I've been defeating the stadium leaders and other major fights either evenly leveled or underleveled by 1-3 levels, and still manage to win them without losing too many Manamon.  So most likely a scaled fight is going to be even easier for me not being behind for once.  Granted, I make an effort to try to get everyone within 3 levels of each other on my team and have manually grinded other creatures up for those that I thought as cool after seeing what they evolved into.  I don't actually mind the increased ifficulty of this with some of the fight formats, I managed to help my brothers through that nightmare of a fan made game called Pokémon Reborn, and that thing was beyond difficult but realistically difficult, along with a field system that had to be considered.  Having to grind up a new set of members for a major battle isn't new for me or some of my brothers I I'll happily grind away to get teammates up to snuff.       Thanks for anyone who can answer the question at the top.  I think if this thing has a move it can learn within 5 levels using these level up herbs I can test if it'll still learn something evolved-pre-evolved and compare.  This is assuming it learns something within the 5-6 herbs I have and all the resetting.   For Science!

to figment, actually you are wrong. the legitimate copies of eloquence i bought they have bugs. the hacked coppies do not have bugs have more features and work great. as for jaws... freedom should have some sort of program for very very low income people to obtain jaws if they cannot afford it.

I have played every wwe game since smackdown vs raw! on the ps2. I have found that over the last few years, the games are getting harder to play as a fully blind person. There is some sort of timing to the pin system or something, it just depends on how damaged your superstar is. But with all the qtes, I am unable to play showcase which sucks as that is the only way to unlock most of the unlockables.

Hey guys.So first of all, I want to offer an apology. When I first read this game's description, I took to Twitter and sort of trashed the unoriginality of the concept. I mocked the idea of charging for someone else's ideas. Pokémon is the first game I discovered after I lost most of my sight, and I basically grew up on it. So when I saw the description, which to me, looked like it was trying to pass itself off as its own thing instead of saying something like "Hey, this is my accessible version of Pokémon, with a few twists", I had a bit of an emotional reaction and went off.I did download the game and tried the demo though, because I don't like to be in the habit of remaining ignorant about things that I make comments on. With that in mind, I do want to praise your efforts developing this game. I like the darker and more mature tone of the story, and the audio cues, while occasionally challenging to follow completely, are very well done. I also like the equipment idea, a lot of the equipment is a lot more interesting than the held items in the actual Pokémon games, and the drawbacks make you really think hard about what you want to equip on who.So yeah, I find myself in a position where i'm having fun playing something I originally made fun of. But that's not the only reason I'm saying this. I realized that stealing ideas wasn't the goal here. The goal was to take a game blind people wished they could play as well as the sighted, and make it our own. On that objective, you've done very well. I'm still undecided on whether or not I'll be purchasing it, because to me, $40 US is a lot to pay for something where the majority of the concepts were borrowed. I don't say that to criticize, it's just a personal opinion I have about all things of that nature. Especially here in Canada, $40 US is closer to like $55 (!) CAD, which is a lot. If I remember correctly the last Pokémon games I bought cost me about $35 Canadian, a good $20 less than this. I don't say that to try to haggle, I just want to express my personal reasons. I know you put a lot of time and effort into the game, so I'm not trying to knock that down.In case anyone happened to read my disparaging comments on Twitter though, I do apologize, and I hope no one was offended.With all of that out of the way, I've played through most of the demo. It's definitely more challenging than Pokémon, probably because with Pokémon there are years of accumulated knowledge on the Internet to reference, but there's no serebii.net pokedex for this, so I have no idea which mons are good, when they learn moves, etc. In the same breath though, that makes it more interesting, kind of brings me back to my first days of Pokemon when I was in the same boat, when everything was unknown and therefore more exciting. Also correct me if I'm wrong but I have not yet seen a TM or other similarly named equivalent, which suggests they might not be in this game, so hopefully level up move lists are a bit better or things might start to get a little stale. Right now I have a team between level 18 and 20, and am just about to go search for this guy's ring, and I do feel the lack of TM's, some of my guys still only have 1 offensive attack and a bunch of status moves that aren't usually good enough to warrant spending a turn using.I'm definitely interested to see where this goes in the future!EDIT:Ok, that was weird. I just loaded up the game again, and once I did, I got some kind of menu error. It told me it would bring me to the speech settings, which it did, but when I made my selection in there and pressed enter, it just gave me the same error again, and would infinitely cycle between the two screens. It was impossible to do anything else and to play the game. I had to go into my AppData folder and wipe out my settings file, and then reconfigure my settings. A less savvy user would have been completely roadblocked by that occurance. Is this something others have run into?

Hi,Its really your choice as for the platform you want to use. I personally use a linux VPS, but you will need to learn bash in order to set up TT, as well as email, a webserver, other stuff like that. With windows, you'd just use remote desktop, and if you wanted NVDA remote for controlling the instance.My advice is to learn some commandline. You don't need to be the worlds greatest user, all you have to know is the basics, and those aren't hard to learn at all. Just google or ask on this forum.You could get windows, but for the budget linux is a better choice. I mainly am used to beatstar, so my opinion may be a bit skewed to you. But to start from a slow level where you have to press one key, and then being forced to push several keys in quick succession in some parts is a bit unfair. I think it should be a bit like beatstar, picking up speed as the player masters the lower levels. But a radical jump like that is just unfair. I think I'll stick to beatstar for the moment.

The hard rule against cracking applies especially to games, but that doesn't mean software piracy can just float around. Some time ago, a post was made asking for a crack to Adobe Audition, or a similar product. Guess what, post removed, warning given out. I respect the rights of most software developers. Note the word, most, and also note that there is not a long list of devs that I actually don't respect the rights of. All games developers have my full repsect, as do most s
 oftware devs. Here's the scoop with Nuance. They do not, in my opinion, fall under the category of software developer, more so antitrust monopolizer. They have done nothing of their own creation, whatsoever. They merely modified the original realspeak voices, acquired 15+ companies in the last decade, which, by the way, they did not give the companies the right to refuse acquisition. That's not to say that they're the only corporation that does this, but it's been a repeating pattern. In fact, one of their major acquisitions of Royal Philips Electronics led them into antitrust investigation, but it doesn't look like that went very far. Long and short of it is that all they do is incorporate others' speech technology into their mass engine, with no originality. Until recently, they have left customers high and dry with screen-reader bound versions of their engines with strong drm, especially on the free screen readers. Therefore, I have no respect for th

That, however, is not my attitude towards other devs. There needs to be reasons for me to have this much hatred, and this is the only dev that I actually express this kind of feeling toward. Put simply, if the speech industry becomes a monopoly, we're screwed. Latency issue fixing for VMware Fusion and Rhythm Rage

Hi everyone,I know that the whole sound buffer thing in Fusion, but whenever I follow the steps on Bryan Smart's site with VMware 8, the sound device does not boot up, even after going to the "Reinstall VMware Tools" option.I know someone who is playing on a Windows XP VM, but that's... XP. Anyone know how to solve it so that I can at least get past level 2 on a VM?Hell, if i can pass the first level of Rhythm Heaven Fever on a VM, something is clearly wrong with the timing and this game. Period.

I am seriously considering just resetting at this point. Honestly I could probably get two or three stadium keys in the time it will take to totally rebalance my team. And as Aaron said, bad coverage.I'll just have to think which starter I want. Leafox really is quite good with his sleep move, his power-up move, plus his decent attack backing a physical grass move and a ground move far far later. That's awfully hard to turn down.I don't like grinding just for its own sake, particularly when I thought my levels were good and they apparently aren't. So maybe I can fight more naturally this time and end up with a more balanced team. I don't have a whole team planned out, but I'm sure as hell not using Owlaw or Chingle again. They take way way way too long to become viable, most of which they spend being partially dead weight. The only reason Belliard got as strong as she did is because I was able to tag it along when others fought.If
  you're willing, Trajectory, I would be interested to hear your fight with Irroadium when you get there. I don't intend to copy you or anything, but I want to see that yes, it can be done. Haha.

@Smoothgunner: I was involved in testing the online matches. They appear to run smoothly as of now. The connection will depend on the internet connection of both you and the person you're battling. There is one limitation however in that since the game does not have a server to act as a middle man between the two players you'll need to exchange IP addresses, and one of the players has to be able to open the required ports.@Jade:Slight spoilers includedYou won't upset me, and if I have you, it was not my intent to do so.I haven't forgotten my first go round (where I pretty much had no help, in part by choice). It took me about 50 hours to finish the game and there were definitely parts I was stuck at for a long time (the manamem game in the hideout comes to mind). I still stink at that minigame no matter how much I practice. I got lost frequently and died many times. I don't remember how many tries that irroadium battle took, to be c
 ompletely honest (it was several, though). All I was trying to say is that you could probably pull through without spending countless hours leveling unless you ended up getting really unlucky with your team. I did reset a good few times.I would suggest just getting most of them to mid 50s. Ice moves are an asset though.

What it does: it takes 5 pieces of debris from your cargo hold and shoots them in a compressed ball of... stuff as a projectile into the enemy ship. It is attainable by crafting, using blueprints, the debris cannon module and installing it in your ship. I hope you like it!

I do also support developers whenever possible; however I do not support Code Factory because even their demo doesn't work on my computer, so how can I pay the $70 or so and not even have what I paid for? I do think that NVDA users occasionally do pirate software--I'm thinking of the free Eloquence add-ons (definitely illegal; people even received letters from Nuance asking them to stop pirating it and the people refused to comply with that request) and the add-on for the Apple Alex voice (and yes, I do know that Alex doesn't work properly, but it does make some sounds, so it is indeed also pirated).

Hi,@Oriol: I have another small suggestion. Is it possible to toggle the sound for the q key from on to off? It's col the first couple of times but after a while if I have to go and I want to quit, I'd rather just press q and be done with it.Apart from that and the loud menu perfect sound, I'm really enjoying the game.

Explore that village a bit and you should get a cutscene with a man asking about his ring, and you may see a friendly face who wants to battle. Once that's done, you should have more to explore down in those tunnels.

hey oriol, suggestion for a future updatehow hard would it be to make a sort of perfect run mechanic for a level that you've already cleared?basically you'd choose it, and the game would just play through the level and get the absolute perfect score, but it wouldn't actually count if your own score wasn't already theremy idea is it'd be a way for people to go okay I got this much... what's perfect look like?

hi.I downloaded the game and past level 1 in 1 try, getting 100 percent. Level 2, however, is a different story. I can't count how many times I've tried it and failed miserably. The highest I've gotten was like 40 percent. I agree that some of the levels need to be more forgiving. If I don't pass level 2 soon, I think I'm going to just give up.

@Oriol: in the next update, can you please lower the volume of the menu perfect sound a little bit? I can't hear my eSpeak say the name of the level. I can tell it's saying Rhythm Test, Perfect, but the sound is a bit loud. While I already know what the level is, if I want to show this game to my friends they won't be able to hear the names of the levels that I've got a perfect on.

Trajectory:Most of my team is level 50-53, now Frenrir is level 47 (I've been grinding), and then Banyardan is level 62.Like I said before, when I play a game that's 98% pokemon, that's basically what I want. A badass legendary? Fine, I can get behind that. But there comes a point where one creature has too many advantages, and that bugs me. And the so-called cheating I've mentioned in the past also bugs the hell out of me.Also, please bear in mind something really important here.You were a beta tester, I wager. You know the game, and have for awhile. I say this next with full knowledge it might upset you, but it's possible that you and Aaron and the rest have sorta forgotten what it's like to actually play the game. You know what's coming, you can sorta prepare for it.I have at least a halfway decent team that has carried me through the game with a few minor hiccups. And I know basically what I'm doing as fa
 r at least as pokemon goes. I'm no fool. And I'm' having all kinds of trouble. And you can bet that players with equal or even lesser skill than I've got will probably have even greater trouble. And this harkens back to artificial difficulty inflation.Pokemon could've made itself a lot harder by actually giving all bosses good movesets and/or better pokemon. I mean seriously, just as one example, Norman in gen 3 has a freaking Spinda, whose base stats are 60. It dies if you sneeze on it.If pokemon buckled down it could be a lot harder. But it is designed deliberately for kids.You could make a game like pokemon with much higher difficulty without all these custom tweaks to rules and whatnot, I promise you.

a couple months back there was a demo out for this game, it still might be in the psn store.didn't like the anime sound effects to much, wasn't able to keep track of the fight and my progress, and sailing around in the ship in adventure mode is not playable..but see if the demo is still out and take it for a spin

Hi. Just thaught i would drop in and share my thaughts, although i usually don't post anymore...  When i started, i got a perfect on level 1 instantly. Ok... I never thaught anyone would get 50% but it's  not me. Next, i passed the next 3 levels like nothing, well, kind of, not supers yet, just OK-s. Epic battle was where it got hard. I could make it though and i don't think there was any problem in the tutorial, i understood everything, except maybe i lost a few of the special moves a few times. Remix and onwards seriously needed attention. I can't beleave that for some of these, an 82% is not good enough. Especially the penquin game where the music and the actions are rediculous for me to perform, but i ddid it. The pipe game was easy though. And of course tap key2, i kind of made it, haha. As DD said, the monster tutorial just quits, and i found tthat weird. I got 35% from trying to do something that envolved enter an
 d space. All this can be found, shortly, in a few hours maybe, on my youtube channel, not that i am forcing anyone to watch a 2 hour long video, haha. Anway, i think apart from that tutorial bug, there is nothing at all wrong with the game, and i hope that i and a lot of other people can start making awesome packs! Thanks for reading.

@Jayde, what are your levels like right now? I'm just a few rooms away from that fight, and I'm equipped with a team of six mons all around level 53.Personally, I think using the EXP pal to catch new mons up to the rest of your team actually hurts you in this game. Works great postgame for building mons for online play, but doing it mid game tends to result in your entire team being behind in level. I usually just buckle down and grind any new mon I get until it's the same level as the rest of my party as soon as I get it.I can record the fight and pm it to you if you'd like. I don't know for sure but you might be overestimating what's actually required. It's far from easy but I don't think it's insurmountable either.I'll admit to not being the biggest fan of the scaling level fights but I took no issue with this fight because I always wished Pokémon would quit walking on egg shells and try doing some things differently to make the game a bit more challenging (Mind you, that would probably cost accessibility so I guess I should be careful what I wish for). They went outside the box a bit in Platinum (distortion world) and in Black and White (with an actual storyline) but I'd love to see more of that.
