[Audyssey] 3d velosity bug
Hi. having a small bug with 3d villossity. The game runs fine. but after I finnished I started entombed. the sounds did not work right and I descovered my speakers were set to 7.1 sound. Hi Ron, Have you tried the sapi repair program DelUserLex.exe on my site? There is also Go to c:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Speech Then, press enter on Sapisvr.exe. It won't say anything, but it should correct the control panel entries for Sapi. Hi, Sapi 5.3 is a core Windows component and if you are having troubles with it you should reinstall it from your Windows installation cd if you have one. You will need to go through the Programs and Features option in the control panel and have it reinstall it from there. Unfortunately, it has been a while since I have had to reinstall Sapi 5.3 on Vista and am not able to give you step by step instructions here. Hi Jim, As I recall Sapisvr.exe no longer ships on Windows Vista and later. I haven't seen it on Windows 7, and I don't remember it being on Vista either when I was still using Vista. So I'm not certain that is necessarily a solution any more. Although, it is worth a try. Cheers! Hi Ron, No, not really. There is no official separate download for Sapi 5.3 and Sapi 5.4 you can't just download and install them like Sapi 5.1 and earlier. Sapi 5.3 comes with Vista by default and 5.4 comes with Windows 7. There really isn't a way to grab a package and download and install it the way you could with 5.1 and earlier. I've heard of some hacks floating around the net where someone grabbed all the 5.3 and 5.4 components and bundled them into an install/upgrade, but those aren't official by any means, nor would it necessarily resolve your problem. Hi Jim, Ahem...No offense but that is a seriously bad move. The Sapi 5.1 voices and libraries aren't supported on Windows Vista and later. Vista requires 5.3 or higher so I have no idea what installing the 5.1 libraries and voices will do to his computer. Whatever the case I don't recommend it to be on the safe side. Hi, Oh, boy. Yeah, it is probably asking for your Windows Vista install cd if we are talking your Sapi 5.3 components. [Audyssey] Need some help badly.
Hi to my fellow blind gamers, from Ron and Boz. Is there any Microsoft Flight Simulator and It's your plane experts still subscribed to this list? If so? I really could use your help. If you live in the lower 48 states I can call you for my monthly one a month long distance fee. But I can't do anything with FSX and IYP. I can't even fill out a flight plane. Its so bad of a experience. So far, the only thing I've been able to find and started listening to is the wave sound effect files that are in fsx/ But I found out that they are seriously baried in the simulator. Hi dudes, This was the news that Jason Allen posted to the entombed mailing list. Oh yeah, this is the best one from Jason! I guess the title says it all. Although we're not close to the lofty sales target set in the alpha for a massive sequel, I'm only 10 game sales away from committing to an expansion. I'll begin working on it after the next feature update / bug fix version if it can be met. Thanks to everyone who has purchased Entombed or donated (or both!) The expansion I have in mind should be a lot of fun, but I'm not certain on the final feature set just yet. I need to see how quickly I can get the new core features going first. I'm aiming for a 2010 release though. The next update is continuing at a fair pace. The shaman job has been given a lot of love and is fairly diverse. [Audyssey] I just landed my air craft!
The title says it all, I just landed my craft in three d velocity. I crashed the first time, but the second time I red the documentation. Ok, anyone having a very hard time landing the craft, this is what you have to do. Ok, set it to 143 degrees. When you take out your landing gear, just put the nose angle graiter than 50. Then, you have a safe chance of landing. I also didn't know the first time that I had to rais my angle. Probably I didn't know that at first, but just made the blow off captain chace. um I don't think so muhammed. the last version of the game did not do this it was after the performance features were added in that this changed. and I can assure you its not my laptop otherwise I'd have reformatted ages ago or sent it to get fixed or something. The laptop doesn't randomly switch speakers I can assure yu nore does it lose settings or anything like that. however every time I run tdv the speakers switch. [Audyssey] I now have some good news and some bad news.
The good news is that FS x ver gold is now up and running. Man there alot to read. SMILES. The bad news is that I can't get IYP and FSUIPC latest ver 4.600 to run. Is there anyone out there in the lower 48 states that I can call to help me out? I'm willing to do the scarry thing of letting someone link up with me via jaws and or the ip address to see what is still wrong. Can anyone please help me out before the two week demo runs out?
