Re: [Audyssey] Just a thought on Q9.
Then again, shouldn't they be able to jump over pits just as Q9 does? That's the first thought that comes to my mind, anyway. --- In God we trust! - Original Message - From: "Ryan Conroy" To: Sent: Tuesday, November 17, 2009 5:51 PM Subject: [Audyssey] Just a thought on Q9. Hi guys, I think the enimies in Q9 should be made so they fall in the pit if trying to attack you when you're standing at the edge of one. Either that, or they should stand at the edge, and wait for you to jump over. I'm thinking of Super Liam here when I say this. That's how it was in that game, and I think it'd be good if it was like that too in this one. Plus, it's more realistic. If an enimy is trying to go over a pit, it's only fare that they'd fall into it, or if they wait on the edge.. I just think it's more realistic. Any thoughts? Re: [Audyssey] Just a thought on Q9.
i completed the game a few hours ago, on easy, of course. i can just say wow, it was a hell of a beast to complete. i spent like hmm, more than 10 hours, trying / dying in the death world level 2, then this morning i whent and said: oh, now that's just too much, i'll go finish it now!! i was able to pass the level 2, and i had like 10 lives in the 3rd level. wen hordes of these nasty creatures approach, i used the shields, i still had a few of then. completed level 3. died three times in the boss, but was able to finish him with the sling shot and waiting for him to come near, use the slig shot, run, jump. wait, attack, jump, and doing that, until i finished him. now going to play again to finish medium. -Mensagem original- De: "Ryan Strunk" Para: "'Gamers Discussion list'" Data: Quarta, 18 de Novembro de 2009 08:31 Assunto: Re: [Audyssey] Just a thought on Q9. Re: [Audyssey] Just a thought on Q9.
I agree, pluss it'd require more tactics, how about using your sling to clear the opposite side of a pit before you cross, or using a pit to leave enemies chasing you behind. In superliam enemies didn't walk over pits because the placement of enemies in that game wasn't random like it is in Q9, however, I stil hope it'd be possible to add to the game. Beware the grue! That's how it was in that game, and I think it'd be good if it was like that too in this one. Plus, it's more realistic. If an enimy is trying to go over a pit, it's only fare that they'd fall into it, or if they wait on the edge.. I just think it's more realistic. Any thoughts? Re: [Audyssey] Just a thought on Q9.
yeah I would like it if if you knew they were in the edge you could use a sling to knock them off. that would rock. the fortune fields can actually be a good protection against large groups of monsters to. nah that makes it a bit too easy one, you wouldn't have the surprise 2, you could just stand on the other edge and peck them with rocks On 11/17/09, Ryan Conroy wrote: > Hi guys, > > I think the enimies in Q9 should be made so they fall in the pit if trying > to attack you when you're standing at the edge of one. [Audyssey] Just a thought on Q9.
