Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as POC for firewall upgrades and ability to determine key
vulnerabilities
- Perform daily maintenance & upgrades of the leveraged firewall service
infrastructure
- Lead major firewall rules changes and upgrades
- Work primarily with Cisco and Check Point firewall products in order to
help design, confirm, determine, upgrade and/or troubleshoot firewall

- Maintain accurate documentation of firewalls and network security support

- Maintain strong, effective working relationships with vendor engineering
resources
- Collaborate, communicate, and assist account management teams
- Interact with offshore team members as data center smart hands
- Smart Hands responsibilities will be utilized to set up and configure
serial console access for equipment, lead testing efforts, provide support
to technical teams, perform firewall backups, health checks, upgrades, and
restores
- Willingness to work in 24x7 shift environment , specially cover during
night/ weekends change window
- Fulfill on-call duties when required
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree and 5 years relevant network troubleshooting
experience and at least 2 year of firewall administration and design
experience
- Possess Cisco Firewall experience
- Experience with Check Point version R55 or higher on Linux or Unix based
platforms
- Experience with vendor relations for cutting edge technology
identification, license renewals and vulnerabilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Preferences:
- Experience with Cisco routers and Nexus switches (Cisco PIX 6.x or later
is ideal), Cisco ASA, etc..

Essential Job Duties:
This position will be primarily responsible for the management of the

The Windows administrator’s responsibilities will include configuration,

the highest availability of all systems is of utmost priority. Period /
scheduled after hours support of these systems is required.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and
facilitate improvements based on root cause analysis
• 6+ years of relevant SCCM work experience.
• 2+ years in a lead/senior engineering role

release management are built in. The Release Manager will assist in
managing projects and interdependencies to ensure milestone adherence to
ensure the integrity of the release can be measured.

Technology Roadmaps and Standards. • Define high-level migration plans to
address the gaps between the current and future state. • Lead the analysis

practices. • Oversee the product selection process for all new technologies
