After trying a few different ways to make Lipo-C,I settled on putting 3
tblspns of Soy Lecithin in one cup of DW and let it sit at room temp.until
Lecithin was fully in solution. Then I put two[2] tspns of Ascorbic acid in 1/2
cup of DW plus one tspn of bicarb [1],let it fizz right down.If I see any
sedimentation on the bottom, then I tweak it by adding a pinch of Vit.C.,if it
fizzes then I add a bit more until no reaction. If the first pinch of C does
nothing, then I add a pinch of bicarb,if it fizzes then I repeat the process
until no reaction.I have found this to give me as close to 100% as you can hope
for.In my last four brews I had two with very slight traces of Leci. floating
on top. These seemed to be from larger sized granules.

When I measure the Lecithin I do notice that the size of the granules do
vary.If I had a precise scale I would try doing it by weight, just to see.

A snip from Brooks Bradleys' post re Liposomal Vitamin C protocol

An astounding revelationto us.TO Increase Absorption Dramatically -
Regular [taken orally] vitamin C is absorbed at approximately 19%, the balance
remains in the gastrointestinal tract to attract water and loosen the bowels.
Nanotechnology, liposomalized vitamin C is absorbed at 93%, measurable in the
blood stream. A 390% increase in absorption! Get IV results with oral dosage

It is estimated the DIY researcher can produce the active LET portion of this
solution for 15 cents per gramas against about $1.00 per gram from
commerci!al sources.

  xx

My only experience doing this protocol is Lipo C and Lipo L-Glutathione.

I have to use logic re other supplements. Some are to be taken with food, some
are ambiguous/either way,and some on empty stomach,or between meals.

This tells me that some supps. have to be mixed with digestive
enzymes/acids,etc to be effective. But,very little Vitamin C, gets past the
stomach contents ,especially bile acids.By liposoming with Lecithin,it is
transformed into nano sized spheres, which are then able to sneak past the
Enzymes and liver bile acids, going straight to where it is needed.

Assuming COQ10 is found in foods and if sufficient[?],it is then utilized
through digestion and absorbed. If it is put into the liposomal form ,then it
follows that it will be isolated and able to circumvent the normal digestion
cycle;which makes me very doubtful that I would go that route. The least harm
would be a waste of money. If this is going to be taken ,then a final absorbable
calculation should be done re dosage to not exceed a recommended daily end
requirement.

For best results,I would take it on an empty stomach.

  Does this answer your questions?

  Harold

Lots of fresh juices. I have done this. Watermelon is great and you can juice
the rind. I drank rind juice with one teaspoon of MgCl flakes in it each

Hi folks,

The long-timers know that I have been battling with the consequences of
mercury toxicity after having a dozen amalgam fillings placed in my
mouth over a period of 30 years, and then removed in June of 2006.

Up until a couple of weeks ago, I was following three separate oral
supplement protocols for iodine, digestive support, and a series of
herbal and non-pharmaceutical antifungals to fight yeast overgrowth,
plus a smattering of other supplements.

It was a LOT of pills to take every day, all day, and of the three
protocols, the antifungals were showing the least results -- as in
none. So, I basically stopped everything except the digestive
supplement while I reassess and decide what to do next.

Well, in the process I discovered what a bad magnesium deficiency feels
like!

Over a week ago, I started to get a sore right shoulder, right about on
the top front area of the rotator cuff. It got gradually worse each
day, until it became quite painful to raise my arm even to shoulder
height. Over the last day or two, it worsened, spreading down my arm to
the elbow and even the wrist.

By last night the pain and soreness was constant and I barely slept. I
couldn't find a comfortable position for my arm and shoulder no matter
how I tried.

My other arm had also started to exhibit the beginning signs of the
same thing, and one of my knees even started to give me twinges as
well! Time to do something!

Just a few weeks ago I'd suggested my wife start taking magnesium for
her sore shoulder, elbow (bell ringing injury!) and plantar fasciitis,
based on things I'd read here on the list about it's benefits for
connective tissue health. This continues the longstanding tradition of
people here bringing up useful subjects just when I seem to need to
hear about them! salutes

So this morning I dig out her bottle of Magnesium Citrate and the
carton of Emergen-C! After six capsules of the former and eight packets
of the latter, spread throughout the day, and definitely hitting the
bowel tolerance level already, I am pleased to report that my pain this
evening is much reduced.

I should be able to sleep much better tonight.

There are other supplements I need to start or restart, which I'm still
evaluating, but it's obvious that magnesium is on the short list. I'll
probably mix up some more magnesium oil (saturated solution of
magnesium chloride in water) and get back into using that for
transdermal absorption as well.

So, thanks for last month's discussion of magnesium, folks!

Be well,

Mike D.

I'm just thinking that I used whatever that produced for several
years, and it worked great for preventing illness. Only trouble is the
beginnings of argyria in my wife, and blue moons in me.

I guess I'm looking for something to improve on 15-20 ppm low voltage
EIS. The reason is that since I went to that a couple of months ago, I
have gotten a cold, albeit a mild one, and my wife got that food
poisoning after stopping EIS for one week. And we have both noticed that
the low voltage EIS does not last very long when we use it for
deodorant. The arced stuff, and the silver citrate I just made seem to
last 24 hours easily, which makes me think they are much stronger.

Isn't there any way to make a strong EIS without risking argyria? Or
   is that the tradeoff?

How about H2O2? I haven't really tried that one yet. That will be
   next, I guess.

I 100% agree. There are so many protocols out there

would no longer have those illnesses still around.

My thoughts on the water is that it is a good thing
for constipation especially to drink first thing in
the morning. Kind of like flushing out everything
before putting anything else in the colon, and it
really works.

When combined with salt, I have found the minerals
in
the salt along with the water does go a long way
with
pain issues. Probably because some pain is more
from
dehydration so drinking a lot of water would help.
Now will this cure arthritis? Probably not, but if

one is dehydrated along with having arthritis, then
it
should help.

2003-08-17 Thread Leo Regehr
Thanks for the help and ideas so far.
Well, I measured my filtered tap water just before it entered into my
home distiller - it was about 7.
The distilled water dripping out of the charcoal filter on the draining
(outgoing) side was about 6 - one full point lower than the stuff going
in! Does anyone know which mineral is most responsible for raising the
ph - or lowering it as it is distilled out of the water and left as
residue at the bottom of the boiling chamber?

I repaired to my health food store shortly after my last post and bought
some mineral solution that was supposed to raise the ph of distilled
water. Six time I added 10 drops and measured each time. The ph paper
changed a bit but not much. The water tasted odd. After I drank the
water, it left me with a strange, but full feeling, not unpleasant. I
sensed it was good for me and I will experiment a bit.

I have been drinking dw for 30 years, and I may be suffering from
mineral depletion and low ph because of long term use of this stuff. I
tested my CS and it was the same ph as dw. But the calcium hydroxide
solution (limewater) was sky high. Would it be advisable to raise the ph
of our dw CS to make it more effective - any thoughts?

Governor Signs New California Health Freedom Bill - State Now
Wide Open.

Opinion by Consumer Advocate Tim Bolen

September 24, 2002

Today, September 24, 2002, is a very important date in Health
Freedom History. For today, California Governor Gray Davis
signed into law the most important Health Freedom bill in world
history - California SB 577. The paragraph below contains PART
of the language in the bill. For Californians, section (c),
below makes health care wide open. Naturopaths, Homeopaths,
Nutritionists, etc., are now free to offer services, without
harassment. To read the whole bill go to
http://www.californiahealthfreedom.org/documents/our_bill.asp

(c) The Legislature intends, by enactment of this act, to allow
access by California residents to complementary and alternative
health care practitioners who are not providing services that
require medical training and credentials. The Legislature further
finds that these nonmedical complementary and alternative
services do not pose a known risk to the health and safety of
California residents, and that restricting access to those
services due to technical violations of the Medical Practice Act
is not warranted.

California, the fifth largest stand alone economy in the world,
has for some time led the nation in percentage (estimated at 75%)
of health care dollars spent on Alternative Medicine. Now,
that percentage is expected to increase.

It's OVER for standard Allopathic care in North America.

Tim Bolen
Consumer Advocate

This Millions of Health Freedom Fighters - Newsletter is about

the allopathic (MD) paradigm for consumer health dollars. The
focus of the newsletter is on the ongoing activities, battles,
politics, and the victories won by members of the Health Freedom
Movement against the quackbusters It details who the

CSPotassium Iodide - How to encapsulate your own

2002-06-19 Thread Leo Regehr
Potassium Iodide in granular form Fisher Scientific, is quite
inexpensive and can be ordered in 500 gm jars for about $12.00. It can
be capsulated at
home using a home encapsulator (also cheap) which can be purchased from
some health food stores, otherwise from S.L. Anderson in CA
1(530)589-3062. Don't forget to order the 'tamper' with the
encapsulator.

The Potassium Iodide weighs 25.76 gm per tablespoon assuming it is not
too finely ground. Divide by 12 and now you have a weight of about 2 gm
per 1/4 tsp or one '00' capsule.

The dosage seems to be 100 mg per tablet.

One capsule of the stuff will weigh 2 gm or 2,000 mg,
that is really 20 capsules in one. So, to every tsp of potassium iodide,

add 19 tsp of corn starch and mix thoroughly in a ziplock bag. When
mixed, it can be encapsulated, and every capsule will contain +/- 100 mg

potassium iodide. Sincerely, Leo

CS[Fwd: [healthfraud] More Bad News for Colloidal Silver]

2002-02-27 Thread Leo Regehr
Anyone care to comment?
Leo
---BeginMessage---

From FDAnews Daily Bulletin for February 27, 2002:

FTC CRACKS DOWN ON BOGUS BIOHAZARD TESTS, TREATMENTS
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has settled enforcement actions
against the marketer of a home test kit for anthrax and the purveyor of
a colloidal silver product purported to treat anthrax. These companies
used inaccurate and unfounded claims to sell peace of mind, J. Howard
Beales, director of the FTC's Bureau of Consumer Protection, said Feb.
27. They tried to cash in on consumer anxiety about bioterrorism.

The FTC enforcement actions are part of a larger probe of internet-based
companies marketing bogus products that take advantage of consumers who
have grown fearful of bioterrorism. Since mid-November, the FTC has sent
121 warning letters to marketers of bioterrorism-related products
discovered during a coordinated surf of the internet by the FTC, the FDA
and more than 30 state attorneys general. Beales said that 50 of the 121
warning letters involved products related to the detection or treatment
of anthrax.

In one action, Vital Living Products and its president, Donald
Podrebarac, entered into an agreement to settle charges that they
deceptively advertised a do-it-yourself method to detect anthrax
bacteria and spores in the air, water and on surfaces. Beales called the
claims pure bunk.

In the other action, Kris Pletschke, operator of the web site
rawhealth.net, signed a consent agreement with the FTC that prohibits
him from making deceptive and misleading therapeutic claims for
colloidal silver or any other health-related products. Beales said the
FTC ordered Pletschke to offer full refunds to all consumers who
purchased colloidal silver.

 Hi Douglas,
Its late, I'm tired, and not up to digging out the references, but as I
recall a doctor in Texas and another in Stuttgart, Germany were
quite successful in treating aids/HIV by repeated treatments that
consisted of removing a pint of blood, ozonating the blood until it

for CS ... yes, HIV is a virus and is readily exterminated in vitro ...
in Petri dishes in the lab, and in my humble opinion, should work well
 in vivo inside the body.
If I had it, I'd probably slowly (Herx effect) work my way up to

informed me that I tested negative. Then I would continue for another
 month, just to be sure.

 Subject: CSOT: Lorenzo's Oil/Olive oil

There has been some discussion of oils and olive oil. It is important
to realize that there is no legal definiton of the term 'extra virgin
olive oil or olive oil in the United States, nor is there any strict
regulation over the industry. I don't recall all the details, perhaps
someone can fill them in or post a web site, but the bottom line is that
the reason olive oil is so cheap in this country is because it is not
olive oil. Harvesting and processing costs for making olive oil can be
anywhere from $35 to $90 a gallon and this does not include the many other
costs associated with growing the olives. Italian olive oil is not cheap
to produce either. Oil for domestic consumption in Italy is strictly
regulated, but oil for export is another story and much of it is not
really from Italy and is not really olive oil. Olive oil from the
US can be diluted up to 60% with canoloa oil and it is very difficult
to detect. Don't assume when you are buying that $5.00 quart bottle
of olive oil that it is olive oil you are getting.

The rapeseed extract in Lorenzo's Oil is erucic acid. Canola oil is
from rapeseed developed to be very low in erucic acid which is why the
more technical name for canola oil is low erucic acid rapeseed oil.
However, I still think canola oil is evil. Olive oil, nut oils, and
butter are the lipids of choice in our household.

Mike Fuller wrote:

Hi Marshalee, Barnbert, Tracy, James et al,

First Tracy, I suspect Homozon is magnesium oxide, just check the label.

James, I get my mag ox from a laboratory supply company, here in Western
Australia. If you are in the USA you should find it easily enough. I am
aware of two versions, light and not-so-light. The light, which is cheaper,
doesn't release quite as much oxygen but both do a similar cleansing job.
 Get USP grade or equivalent.

Maeshalee and Baernbert, it is relatively easy to clean parts of the colon,
it is another matter concerning the caecum (known as the cesspool of the GI
tract) and the small intestine. Consider the lining of the small intestines
as being like a shag-pile carpet. Whenever some substance causes a problem
in this area, such as incomplete digestion due to poor food combining, the
system treats the substance as foreign and produces mucous as a protective
mechanism. This mucous/food remains in the area, ready to be eliminated when
the system gets an opportune moment. Unfortunately, with our poor dietary
habits of constant and excessive eating, and improper food combining, we
simply don't give our system a chance to do this basic clearing. These
insults on the intestinal lining simply pile on top of each other with the
consequence of impacting the 'muck' deeper into the 'carpet'. They harden
over time and prove to be a real barrier to nutrient assimilation.

Magnesium oxide acts a little like the foaming cleansers you spray onto a
carpet, which act by lifting some of the dirt to the surface, making it
easier to remove. It takes some time for the mag ox to gradually break up
your impacted 'muck' which is why there is a lengthy protocol. In addition
it would be beneficial to lessen the burdon on your intestines by practicing
good food combining, eating less, and occasional fasting (know what you're
doing before trying the fasting!). Heaps of water is also essential.

Everyone I know who has completed the mag ox protocol has had good, and
sometimes amazing, results. If you remain unconvinced, but still curious,
look at the Bernard Jensen book, 'Iridology: Vol 2'. The pictures may just
 change your mind.

 Mike Fuller

 Talking about filtering CS,
I bought the unbleached coffee filters, the Melitta brand.
When I used them to filter my CS, the CS got darker yellow in color.
This happened several times so I stopped using those coffee filters as I
then figured that the filters are not really unbleached but maybe colored
brown to look unbleached and perhaps the coloring is leaching into the CS.
It was then suggested by the manufacturer of my CS generator that I could
 use
white cotton handkerchiefs to filter the CS.
So now I am using cotton hankies. However, I am noticing that whenever I
rinse out the hankies and hang them to dry, I notice a rust colored stain
develops on the part that was in contact with the CS.
Now I am wondering where this rust color is originating from. The
manufacturer has no explanation for the rust color and says that the silver
strips being used for the electrodes are 99.9 silver. Any way of testing the
 electrodes for purity?
Also, I am beginning to wonder if the rust is coming from the metal covers
that I am using for the quart size mason jars that I use to make and store
 the CS.
Any ideas or comments on this subject is appreciated.
 Thanks,

So what are the coffeee filters to strain out?
Leo

Terry Chamberlin wrote:

 Terry replies:
Leo, no filter that I have ever heard of can filter
out particles of anything as small as CS (unless your
CS is dark brown). I sell a water filter that will
filter out anything down to .193 microns, which
includes all bacteria and probably all viruses. Silver
particles even in low-voltage, yellow CS will be .05
microns and smaller, about 1/40th the size that my
water filter will catch, about 1/1000th the size that
 a coffee filter will catch.

The scientific method does not exist in reality, that is to say, in a
pure sense, as contemplated in your post below. All we have in the real

Put it this way; how many list members are going to slap a sticker on
the side of their bottle of CS, with a message like I love you, and
really expect that to make some positive difference? Or, following the
gist of the recent reintroduction of Michael Theroux's article on
lunar influence on CS production, should we be assiduously consulting
Solunar charts before brewing CS? Hugging trees may indeed make the

before putting it down to exchange of positive and negative
energies, for instance. Many concerned scientists think we are
entering a new dark age, where magic and mysticism are reclaiming the
ground won so hard by scientific progress over the last three

the answers, and there is a tendency to ignore phenomena that doesn't
fit the mould. However the scientific method holds a rigour completely
unmatched by mysticism whose pseudoscientific terminology merely gives
the impression of really knowing. The unfortunate practice of
carelessly or craftily blending together proven fact and
speculation/folklore with the intent of making it look like a
consistent whole is to be avoided like the plague. Hey, is there
anyone else on this list who thinks like I do - if there is then have
some balls and add your voice please! regards, Kevin Nolan

CSThe value of one experiment

2001-12-26 Thread Leo Regehr
Granted, the experiment by itself may be statistically insignificant, but that
does not mean the experiment itself is insignificant. That one experiment can
itself give rise to a reasonable belief or suspicion (and I stress the word,
reasonable). And let's remember that there is no such thing as a perfect
experiment or series of experiments that have all the bases covered to every
one's satisfaction.

Not to accuse any member of this list, but does anyone remember the movie
Longitude? This guy designed a clock that was accurate enough to win an award,
but the British Admiralty said the clock had insufficient tests. When the
designer met those tests, the Admiralty added a few more criteria, and so on.
Finally, the British parliament had to overrule its own Admiralty and award the
designer his prize before he died. Let's honour interesting and suggestive data,
however scant it may be. That way we stay on the leading edge.

Marshall said it well, and is what I had in mind but didn't communicate it

point. What is needed are more carefully conducted experiments, as Marshall
indicates, to determine that the phenomena is repeatable, and isolating the
variation to just one cause such as lunar position. Until that is done, the
 one experiment is statistically insignificant.

Has anyone generated say 100 batches of CS all at once (same starting and
ending time), with as close to the same conditions as possible in a
laboratory, and determined the statistical variance of the batches with each
other? If we can't generate nearly identical batches given the nearly
identical conditions (same H2O, volume, electrode purity and wetted area,
current, temperature, ambient atmosphere, brew time, electromagnetic and
accoustic environment, (same mental attitude about each batch being
brewed???), etc.), then we must first understand why there is so
much variation before we can start introducing other variables such as moon
gravity or whatever. One would hope and expect that such an uncomplicated
procedure (e.g. simple electrolysis) could produce highly repeatable
results. Then one could feel confident in doing experiments to determine
what outside influences may affect properties of the brew.

Sadly, the large scale laboratory tests with CS likely will never be done
because those who could invest the substantial funds required would not be
able to get a return from their expenditure. We may not now know how to
make the best CS or ionic silver or mix of both yet, and we may never know
this, but at least we can feel confident that what we do make from pure
water and silver only has a high probability of improving our quality of
life. It is reassuring to see the anecdotal evidence of benefits keep
piling up from more and more people, and none of us are turning blue-gray!

However although there does seem to be evidence that the moon does have an
effect if we can believe that these experiments were really run, and
 resulted
in these reported results, additional testing needs to be done to confirm
 it.

First it needs to be duplicated by others, and it needs to be done with
 double
blind testing. It really needs to be done again by someone who doesn't
 believe
in the phenomena, since it is just as likely that the expectations of the
experimenter caused the difference as the planets.

protein. And I think the fact is that whomever makes the more
concentrated CS, which includes the protein, may see the need for this
additional material because it will help maintain stability of the CS
while in storage. Otherwise it is possible to make much higher
concentrations, perhaps even 500 to 1000 ppm, without the protein

Re: CSSome airbrush comments

2001-12-22 Thread Leo Regehr
Why not use a nebulizer from a pharmacy store?
Leo

James Osbourne, Holmes wrote:

 Hi Terry and everyone,

I have used only O2. It is the same regulator used for a shop welding rig.
They cost about 100 SDRs. Prestolite is a commonly available brand. Any
regulator RATED FOR USE WITH OXYGEN in the correct pressure range may be
used. Oxygen regulators must be hydrocarbon lubricant free; grease or oil
will burn explosively in a pure O2 atmosphere. The pressure works best in
the +/- 20 PSI range. Bear in mind; the regulator is not is approved for
medical use. All bottled O2 is USP grade. I think the R size tank is the
best compromise of portability and easy handling vs time of use per bottle.
You may purchase or lease from your local welding supply company. Here, a
 refill costs about 10 clams.

Of course medical regulators may be used. Some have a L/min gauge. Not
necessary; you just adjust the pressure so that the airbrush works well; you
are not concerned about the O2 actual delivered amount except with a
newborn. Then COMPETNENT MEDICAL EXPERTISE IS NECESSARY; a bit too much O2
and the baby can be made permanently blind due to oxidation of components of
 the retina.

When I tried to price small simple inexpensive O2 regulators from local
medical supply companies they treated me like I was trying to buy morphine.
I have heard they are available on the net, but don't have anymore info.

The most complicated part is any adapters you need from the output of the
regulator to fit the input of the airbrush. Take your bits and pieces to
the welding supply and they will be able to fabricate or order the correct
fittings. They cost less than 5 in most instances. The assembly is simple
and obvious. If it fits, screw it together. If it does not, seek an
adapter. Be gentle; the threads are fine. Fingers tighten to be certain the
connection is not cross threaded before applying a preferably non-crushing
and non-toothed tool. Dish soap and water will reveal leaks at any joint.
Be careful with wrenches; you have a lot of leverage in the small fittings.
You know the joint is approaching tight enough when the torque sensation
rises abruptly. Tighten lightly, and bubble the joint, tightening more only
if necessary. Make sure that the tools are stored with the kit. Put the
whole kit in a easy-to-carry container. Hard-shell is harder to carry but
better for situations that may require rough handling. Are any state mil
 guys listening?

The airbrush has only one adjustment. It is possible by tweaking the
pressure and that venturi adjustment until no spray or mist is seen, but
holding the airbrush a couple of inches from your hand reveals moisture
accumulation. I presume that is when it is making the smallest particles.

Of course the spray can be made coarser and the device used to spray
external areas. It is probably a waste to use 02 for that purpose, but
there may be some benefit of the O2 getting into solution and there
certainly is little likelihood of harm.

The enameled steel lid of the airbrush's glass containers react with the
sol. The turns dirty yellow in a short period of storage therein. Do not
store the sol in them. I am looking for HDPE or other acceptable
replacements. Choices abound in Lab supply catalogs. The airbrush is
fasten to the lid with a nut and washer, and can be easily transferred to a
plastic lid that is not too thick. The little tube from the airbrush can
be shortened or replace with a longer tube to reach the bottom of the
 bottle.

If using a compressed air source, even a bicycle pump, ONE SHOULD TAKE INTO
ACCOUNT THE PRESENCE OF OIL IN THE PUMP, be it hand or machine powered.
Those living in LA will probably not notice the difference. Oil-less is
best, or if a manual pump, perhaps replacing the leather cup on the piston
with a new one lubricated with a food oil will be good practice. In a pinch
you could make a usable leather cup from available articles. Just
disassemble the pump and look at the cup. Surplus sources often sell used
oil less pumps. A lab or dental vacuum pump may be used as a pressure pump.

Anyone handling compressed gasses should LEARN CORRECT HANDLING, STORAGE AND
TRANSPORTATION PRACTICES for these substances. Your local welding shop
probably has free handouts, or can let you copy their regulations. Don't
just stand the bottle up on a floor or table. Sooner or later you will tip
it over. Get a carrier with feet, or strap the bottle to a table leg with
something. O2 can cause the combustion of virtually anything to accelerate
explosively. Once in the space shuttle, at 16 PSI pure O2, a crew members
hand caught on fire. Not his glove, his hand. If a bottle simply falls
over, it can break the regulator. Worse case, the fitting at the top of the
bottle can break off, creating a bottle rocket

Re: CSAngyia/ Heavy metals/Chelation

2001-07-03 Thread Leo Regehr
Here is a recepe I use, with modifications. I use flax oil instead of
olive oil. And I add glutathione, boron, etc etc.

 Cilantro Pesto

 1 clove of garlic
1/2 cupof almonds, cashews, or other nuts
1 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves
 2 tablespoons lemon juice
 6 tablespoons olive oil

Put the cilantro and olive oil in blender and process until the cilantro

is chopped. Add the rest of the ingredients and process to a lumpy past.

Keep in the fridge.

You may need to add a touch of hot water and scrape the sides of the
blender.

You can change the consistency by altering the amount of olive oil and
lemon juice, but keep the 3:1 ratio of oil to juice. (If freezes
well, so you can make several batches at once.)

In light of the ever-worsening quality of our water and soil and
the widespread use of metals in everyday items like deodorant and cans,

Iwould seriously suspect that all of us have some toxic metals in our
body. And unless they are carried out by a chelating agent, things like
lead, aluminum and mercury remain in the body forever. Besides
associated with arthritic condition, depression, muscle pain and
weakness, memory loss and deterioration, and maybe even Alzheimer's
disease.

Summer's here and cilantro is readily available across the
country. It is very popular herb in Mexican cooking, and due to their
large Mexican populations is easy to find anywhere from Texas to
California. In other areas, you may need to visit an Oriental market or
specialty supermarket, (Remember, it's also called Chinese
parsley.)

I would highly recommend that you take advantage of this poor
man's chelation treatment. I'm in the process of doing it now my shelf
and intend to do so at least once or twice a year from now on. All it
takes is adding fresh cilantro to your everyday foods or eating a
couple teaspoons of cilantro pesto a day for two or three weeks; either
will give the dose Dr. Omura used in his research. Judging by the price
around here, that means you'd be spending less than a dollar for two
weeks of cleansing!

Of course, if you really don't like cilantro, you can
always spend a thousands times that much on a series of intravenous
chelation treatments.

Bluesman, there was thread going around here a couple months ago with

 made
it and ate it for awhile, but didn't get tested, however, it has at
least 2 good things in it for the liver, which in combination are
 said
to detox, and stimulate assimulation of food, and they are lemons and

 olive oil.
I make a drink and have a glass each day of:
1 whole lemon w/peel and all
  3/4 olive oil
enough water to finish filling blender
  Blend
Drain liquid and throw away pulp
The pectin in the lemon peel cuts thru the olive oil and makes
 almost
like water, easier for the liver to assimilate.
The oil is good for the liver
The lemon juice detoxes and stimulates the liver.

The heavy metal removal formula was, I think

  Lemon juice
  olive oil
  Coriander
  Almonds
This is blended to make a paste (pesto)
  A couple tablespoons a day.

I can't find the exact recipe but hopefully someone will correct me.
