MySB.com is alive and well.. but it's abilities are becoming diminished as time rolls on. Much like myself. :-) More streams and stations are migrating to https which MySb.com cannot play (but if you use LMS to connect to MySB.com this is not an issue). Also a number of services previously on MySB.com are no longer available. Try rebooting the router after a power outage. It helps in getting my SB Boom reconnected (which also requires a reboot). Try rebooting Touch, see if it can connect to LMS now. Players not listed on MySB.com: You just need to register them to your account. Are you sure LMS is connecting to your correct MySB.com account? If LMS cannot see MySB.com or LMS has incorrect MySB.com login info, then LMS cannot use Pandora. Which OS are you running LMS on? Yes, this is primarily how I use all my SB devices including the SB Touch. No computer, no local server, streaming internet radio. Works great. However. this requires you connect to Logitech's www.MySqueezeBox.com server online and Logitech will some day shut this server down. When is unknown. Might be years from now or it might happen next week. If the firewall is a separate piece of hardware I'd temporarily remove it from the network, then reboot LMS host computer. Seems the only way to determine if firewall device is the issue. Very old info but I'm sure most is still relevant: Touch and USB / SD Troubleshooting & best practices for best performance USB or SD card devices - Check the formatting of the device, Touch supported formats: FAT16, FAT32, NTFS, ext2, ext3 - Touch can only see/use a single partition, format as a single partition, or use only the first partition for all relevant music files - Remove any included USB/SD device utilities as these can cause issues - Make sure there is at least 10% free space (20% even better) - Remove any non-music related files (videos, documents, programs, pictures, data, etc ) - Or, if removing such files is not an option, place a . (dot) in front of folders that are not music related (folders not containing music files, album art, playlists). A simple (dot) in front of a folder means that TinySBS will ignore these and (hopefully) greatly speed up scan times. - Attach device directly to your computer and run basic maintenance utilities (disk cleanup, error checking, defrag) - Storage unit must be writable (Touchs server must install files and be able to write to these files) - Quick Test: Place a small, single folder of music on the device for initial testing (why have it scanning for hours if it isnt going to complete the scan) USB HD - Try an external USB power source, HD power supply or a powered USB hub. As suggested. best bet is bad power supply. Buy another and try it. Even if bad or old firmware the screen should display something, if only an error message. Long shot post your location on here, *maybe* someone local/near to you has a Touch and can test the unit on their power supply. Years ago I was contacted by a (relatively) close user who asked for assistance with an SB3 unit. He shipped it to me, I tried it out, sure enough is was a dead power supply. He sent return ship label and had his new power supply in hand from an Amazon vendor before he even received his returned SB3 from me. Like most consumer electronic manufacturers they did not repair these units even when they were in production. Tried switching player to MySB.com to see if same thing happens? If yes then it's not LMS causing it and is likely a station or TuneIn issue. WCPT is not supported via TuneIn with SqueezeBox. You'll have to ask TuneIn why that is. Possibly a limitation imposed by the station itself (licensing issue?). You are probably using an old URL which is (incorrectly?) allowing you to stream it through a SqueezeBox. You have to use your cut & paste routine for the URL because TuneIn + SqueezeBox the menu lists it as "unsupported". If it plays in analog out but does not play in digital out, perhaps it's the file format of the stream. Does your end point support the stream format? AAC? Any of the SB IR remotes will work on the Touch. Might find an SB3/Classic remote for sale by itself (SB broken?). But the remote buttons are slightly different. Another option is to buy a cheap programmable IR remote with JVC_DVD codes, these codes also work on all SB players including Radio and Touch. I got one for under $3 US at a discount/closeout store long ago, works fine with all my SB players. Go to MySB.com and DL the latest LMS version. Uninstall current LMS, when it prompts to keep all settings select NO. Now install new LMS with new/correct MySB.com login. Sounds like your LMS cannot see the internet. You are getting constant updates because you are switching the Touch between LMS and MySB.com, and each is running a different server version. Options are: 1. Update LMS to 7.7.5 which is same as MySB.com 2. Don't switch between servers 3. Do switch but ignore player update (will only happen on one of the server connections) Your laptop needs to be running for local music or LMS plugins if that laptop is running LMS. Changing MySB.com email login on LMS. Sure new email and password match MySB.com login? Touch and USB / SD Troubleshooting best practices for best performance USB or SD card devices - Check the formatting of the device, Touch supported formats: FAT16, FAT32, NTFS, ext2, ext3 - Touch can only see/use a single partition, format as a single partition, or use only the first partition for all relevant music files - Remove any included USB/SD device utilities as these can cause issues - Make sure there is at least 10% free space (20% even better) - Remove any non-music related files (videos, documents, programs, pictures, data, etc ) - Or, if removing such files is not an option, place a . (dot) in front of folders that are not music related (folders not containing music files, album art, playlists). A simple (dot) in front of a folder means that TinySBS will ignore these and (hopefully) greatly speed up scan times. - Attach device directly to your computer and run basic maintenance utilities (disk cleanup, error checking, defrag) - Storage unit must be writable (Touchs server must install files and be able to write to these files) - Quick Test: Place a small, single folder of music on the device for initial testing (why have it scanning for hours if it isnt going to complete the scan) USB HD - Try an external USB power source, HD power supply or a powered USB hub. I run LMS on Win7 laptop without issue. Sure you are running LMS as Administrator? Can you open the Control Panel (right click the LMS icon in System Tray)? If yes, what does it say in Control Panel Diagnostics for all pings, ports, IP's? The server settings in LMS Settings MySqueezeBox.com will not show your password, nor even bullet markers, even when correctly saved. Check the Source/Input on the sound bar, likely have to tell it which input to use. You could verify that input by connecting a different device first (TV, DVD, CD). Also what are you playing/streaming?
