There isn't a .pkg file for OFDM 430 after 13.4.1
Also it's somewhere in the release notes or user manual but it's been a while
since I've read them and I don't
so sure
about 14.2.1, and 15.0 seems to be mostly to support 450m.

brought up to whatever firmware the AP is using.
If you need to connect the 430SM back to a 430 AP you'll need to
manually downgrade the SM to 13.4.1
to that. I’m not so sure about 14.2.1, and 15.0 seems to be
mostly to support 450m.

We have changed out all our 430 Aps for 450i, but still have a bunch of 430
SMs running in 450 compatibility mode. My techs keep telling me when they
do service calls, that alignment tone is broken on those SMs. The first
time I figured bad hardware since some roofers had bonked the dish, but as
