Buy a small CNC milling machine. Get BUD or Hammond or others from Mouser or
Digi-Key and modify them. Only way to keep the cost out.

I'll give them a call after checking my notes. I've talked with a few
similar companies and have found that companies which do racks don't seem
to do rackmount equipment enclosures.

Maybe check with bison profab? They may be able to come up with something.
They certainly have the equipment to do so.

This may sound obvious, but have you tried Bud?

I remember when any small electronics enclosure was called a “Bud box”.

And this reply sums up why I don't have a rackmount product yet...
amazingly that $5 piece of steel becomes a $100 piece of steel with the
addition of four holes and three bends.

On a related note, if anyone knows a enclosure manufacturer I can buy
custom 1u enclosures from in reasonable quantities (hundred or hundreds)
without paying an arm and three legs
The other cheap way is screw your DIN Rail onto a shelf. The equipment
will face upwards. It can save a lot of rack space, but it's
inconvenient for wiring.

Lots of rack mount trays and boxes out there too.

Come to think of itI seem to think the DIN clip on the Site Monitors
has two holes on it where you could screw it to a wall, or a panel, or
whatever. DIN rail is so cheap that I would just keep using it though.

You can easily mount DIN rail on a couple of brackets and mount it in a
regular 19" rack.

Just looked over their website and only seen a DIN rail option? Is anyone
making something possibly 3rd party for this?
