Hi All,
This issue with CMDB 2.0.1. is a defect ( SW00264937).
Solution is given below:-
There's an issue where the audit qualification is not properly parsed.
To workaround this issue, the audit qualification had to be removed.
In the attached XML document, starting at line 43:
No, you need to run it on our Remedy install, but if you do multiple
runs of it, you can then do some work to figure what has been edited.
In our case we were running patch2, installed patch5 under the renamed
admin account, ran arinside, and then explored the output by looking at
the last mod
You mean that ARInside will examine Patch 5 and tell me what's in it BEFORE
I install it?

We have been using a combination of ARInside (before and after the
patch), and installing the patch under an admin account called 'ITSM7p5'
or similar, and this has given us a good idea of what's going on.. and
there is a lot.

David,
BMC offers a web based course ITSM 7.x preparing to Migrate. The course is
only $200. I would suggest you take a look at that as well. It will
definitely be a new install or migration. I have been involved in several
implementations. Each has been very interesting and challenging.
David, it's definitely a new product, you should not proceed in the
implementation any faster than your organization can keep up, and
consultants would definitely be able to help you, since there are many with
experience in getting past the undocumented hurdles that exist.

You don't have to upgrade to version 7. As others have noted this was a
