how Remedy updated your httpd.conf and your manually maintained
workers.properties file. You should be able to comment out the following line
if it's still there in httpd.conf:

Service Targets are attached bya filter action. Even if you were able to attach
to a closed ticket all would show that the ST was missed since it would never
